7-Day Devotional: “Who Is a Stranger?” | Day 7 : You Were Not Born to Struggle
Scripture:
Joel 2:25 (NKJV) – “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten…”
You were created for glory, not grief. For fruitfulness, not frustration. The stranger may have stolen your peace, your time, your confidence—but God promises restoration. The same king who discerned the true mother restored the living child to her arms.
Don’t sacrifice your destiny on the altar of a toxic relationship. What God deposited in you—your gifts, dreams, calling—is non-negotiable.
Application:
Declare daily: “I refuse to bury what God has birthed in me.” Take back your narrative. Walk in divine recovery.
Closing Prayer:
Almighty God, I thank You—every stolen year, every hidden enemy, every lie of the stranger is being exposed. Restore my joy, my purpose, and my peace. I walk forward in freedom. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
