*THANKSGIVING DAY*

Psalms 92:1 «[It is a] good [thing] to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:

I am excited and overjoyed and thankful to the Lord who has sustained us throughout the 40 days of this mountain experience. 

For the first time, this holy convocation has reached out to people from all the 5 continents (Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Oceania). For that, we are thankful to the Lord and we give him all the glory.

Day after day, the Lord has provided Rhema Words for us with which we descend in our hands as Moses came down with the tablets of the law in his hand. A book of all the meditations and prayers is available to anyone who is interested. Inbox for the details.

The Lord has ministered to us. He has answered our prayers in many ways. Sick got healed. Miscarriage averted. Jobs provided. Spiritual life restored. Men saved. New business ideas conceived. And many other blessings poured upon people and many others on the way coming.

The Word of Life Church, being called to be a mountain of prayers, we close the 40 days at the mountain of recovery and restoration but we continue to keep our prayer altar on fire until the Holy Spirit gives us direction on the next convocation.

Today is a thanksgiving day ... What are you thanking God for ?

Je suis ravi et reconnaissant au Seigneur qui nous a soutenus tout au long des 40 jours de cette expérience de montagne. 

Pour la première fois, cette sainte convocation a touché les gens des 5 continents (Afrique, Amérique, Asie, Europe et Océanie). Nous sommes reconnaissants au Seigneur et nous lui donnons toute la gloire.

Il nous a fortifiés. Il a répondu à nos prières de plusieurs manières. Les malades ont été guéris. Le cas de fausse couche renversé. Certains ont obtenu l'emploi. La vie spirituelle de certains a été restaurée. Certains hommes ont été sauvés. Certains ont reçu des idées d'affaires. Et beaucoup d'autres bénédictions qu'on ne peut énumérer ont afflué sur les gens et beaucoup d'autres sont en voie de venir. 

Pour tout cela, nous rendons grâce au Seigneur ! 

The Word Of Life, étant appelée à être une montagne de prières, clôture 40 jours sur la montagne du rétablissement et de la restauration, mais nous continuons à garder notre autel de prière en feu jusqu'à ce que le Saint-Esprit nous donne des directives sur la convocation suivante.

Aujourd'hui, c'est un jour d'action de grâce. Quelle est ton action de grâce à exprimer au Seigneur en ce jour?

LE DIEU DE PÉRETS

*LISONS*

Genèse 38:28-29 "Pendant l’accouchement il y en eut un qui présenta la main ; la sage-femme la prit, et y attacha un fil cramoisi, en disant : Celui-ci sort le premier. 29 Mais il retira la main, et son frère sortit. Alors la sage-femme dit : Quelle brèche tu as faite ! Et elle lui donna le nom de Pérets.

*RÉFLÉCHISSONS*

L'histoire d'aujourd'hui parle d'une femme qui donnait naissance à des jumeaux. Dans la culture juive, lorsque les jumeaux viennent au monde, la règle est que l'aîné est celui qui sort le premier.

Pendant l'accouchement, le premier bébé jumeau tendit sa main pour sortir de l'utérus. Lorsque la sage-femme vit sa main, elle l'attacha avec un fil cramoisi pour indiquer qu'il était le premier né. Malheureusement, au lieu de continuer, le bébé retira sa main.

Au moment où il retira sa main, son frère jumeau qui était derrière lui le poussa en arrière et il sortit le premier. Le premier appelé Zérach est devenu le dernier né. Et le dernier appelé Pérets devint le premier-né.

Quand la sage-femme vit ce qui s'est passé, elle fut tellement étonnée qu'elle demanda au bébé Pérets : "Comment as-tu percé? Comment toi qui étais dernier te retrouves-tu premier?"

Aujourd'hui, alors que nous sommes au point de finir nos 40 jours, je suis dans la joie de presenter a quelqu'un le Dieu de Pérets.

Qui est le Dieu de Pérets? Le Dieu de Pérets est le Dieu qui viendra te chercher de l'arrière pour te positionner en avant. Il est le Dieu qui te prendra du bas pour te catapulter au sommet. Il est le Dieu qui t'accordera une percée surnaturelle qui fera poser aux gens la question : "Comment es-tu arrivé là? Qu'as-tu fait pour être là?"

Le Dieu de Pérets est le Dieu qui est capable de reconfigurer, de remanier, de réorganiser et de pousser une personne qui a été complètement éliminée pour faire de lui un sujet de décoration et de célébration.

QUE LE DIEU DE PÉRETS TE SURPRENNE AUJOURD'HUI AU NOM DE JESUS CHRIST!

THE GOD OF PHAREZ

*READ*

Genesis 38:28-29 "And it came to pass, when she travailed, that [the one] put out [his] hand: and the midwife took and bound upon his hand a scarlet thread, saying, This came out first. And it came to pass, as he drew back his hand, that, behold, his brother came out: and she said, How hast thou broken forth? [this] breach [be] upon thee: therefore his name was called Pharez.

*REFLECT*

Today's story is about a woman who was giving birth to twins. The rule when twins are born is that the elder is the one who comes first. 

While giving birth, the first baby twin put out his hand to come out of the womb. When the midwive saw his hand, she bound it with a scarlet thread to indicate that he was the first born. Unfortunately, instead of proceeding, the baby drew back his hand.

The moment he drew back his hand, his twin brother who was behind pulled him back and came out first. The first called Zarah became the last born. And the last called Pharez became the firstborn.

When the midwive saw what happened, how the first became the last and how the last became the first, she was so astonished that she asked baby Pharez, "How hast thou broken forth?", meaning "How did you breakthrough?"

Today, as we are about one day to close our 40 days, I am delighted to introduce to someone the God of Perets.

Who is the God of Pharez? The God of Pharez is the God who will come looking for you from behind to position you forward. He is the God who will take you down to catapult you to the top. He is the God who will grant you a supernatural breakthrough that will make people ask the question, "How did you get there, what did you do to be there?"

The God of Perets is the God who is able to reconfigure, reshape, reorganize and push a person who has been completely written off to make him a subject of decoration and celebration.

WEDNESDAY 29 AUGUST 2018

*READ*

*Isaiah 29:5* "Moreover the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones [shall be] as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly."

*REFLECT*

Read the Bible to and fro and you will realize that God is the God of *suddenly*. He is the God who moves *suddenly*. He is the God who moves swiftly, unexpectedly and without warning. When you least expect, He’ll come shining through! When you are unaware that He is moving, and then it's happened.

When the first church was in the Upper Room, praying and waiting upon the Lord to send the Holy Spirit, God answered them and sent the Holy Spirit *suddenly*. In *Acts 2:2*, it is written, " *Suddenly* there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting."

Another case is when Peter was in prison. The Bible says that the church was praying earnestly for him. Again, God answered their prayer *suddenly*. In *Acts 12:7*, the Bible says, “ *Suddenly* an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell...and the chains fell off Peter’s wrists.”

Another case is about Paul and Silas. While they were praising God in prison, it is written in *Acts 16:26* that, " *suddenly* there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and *immediately* all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed."

Take heed. The devil has also his "suddenlies". 

All the " *suddenlies*" we have read happened when the people were expectant and waiting upon the Lord.

*RESPOND IN PRAYER*

*SUDDENLY* Jesus can heal YOU! Grief can be turned to JOY! 

*SUDDENLY* all can be calm!

*SUDDENLY* you can be promoted, doors can be opened, chains can be broken, foundations can be shaken. 

*SUDDENLY* God can bring your special someone to share a life time with…. 

*SUDDENLY* God can make a way where there seems to be NO way! 

*SUDDENLY* God can deliver, reconcile, restore, and provide above and beyond what you could ever imagine.

One touch of God and *SUDDENLY* there is supernatural breakthrough for YOU… your MARRIAGE, or your FAMILY!

Esaïe 29:5 La multitude de tes ennemis sera comme une fine poussière, Cette multitude de guerriers sera comme la balle qui vole, Et cela *tout à coup, en un instant*.

*RÉFLÉCHISSONS*

Lisez la Bible de long en large et vous réaliserez que Dieu est le Dieu de *tout à coup, en un instant*. Il est le Dieu qui bouge *soudainement*. Il est le Dieu qui se déplace rapidement, de manière inattendue et sans avertissement. Lorsque vous vous y attendez le moins, il arrive ! Lorsque vous ignorez qu'Il bouge, c'est alors qu'il apparait!

Lorsque la première église était dans la Chambre Haute, priant et attendant que le Seigneur envoie le Saint-Esprit, Dieu leur répondit et envoya le Saint-Esprit *tout à coup*. Dans *Actes 2:2*, il est écrit "*Tout à coup*, il vint du ciel un bruit comme celui d’un vent impétueux, et il remplit toute la maison où ils étaient assis.".

Un autre cas est celui de Pierre qui était en prison. La Bible dit que l'église priait pour lui avec ferveur. Encore une fois, Dieu répondit à leur prière *tout à coup*. Dans *Actes 12:7*, la Bible dit: " *Tout à coup*, un ange du Seigneur apparut, et la cellule fut inondée de lumière... *Au même instant*, les chaînes lui tombèrent des poignets."

Un autre cas est celui de Paul et Silas. Alors qu'ils louaient Dieu en prison, il est écrit dans *Actes 16:26* : " *Tout à coup* il se fit un grand tremblement de terre,...*au même instant*, toutes les portes s’ouvrirent, et les liens de tous les prisonniers furent rompus."

Ne sois pas diistrait et prends garde. Le diable a aussi ses "Tout à coup, en un instant".

Tous les exemples que nous avons lus se sont produits lorsque le peuple de Dieu priait et s'attendait au Seigneur.

*RÉPONDONS PAR LA PRIÈRE*

*Tout à coup, en un instant*, Jésus peut te guérir! 

*Tout à coup, en un instant*, Le chagrin peut être tourné en joie!

*Tout à coup, en un instant*, tout peut être calme!

*Tout à coup, en un instant*, tu peux être promu, les portes peuvent être ouvertes, les chaînes peuvent être cassées, les fondations peuvent être secouées.

*Tout à coup, en un instant*, Dieu peut t'amener cette personne spéciale avec qui tu partageras le reste de ta vie...

*Tout à coup, en un instant*, Dieu peut frayer un chemin là où il semble ne pas y avoir de chemin

*Tout à coup, en un instant*, Dieu peut sauver, réconcilier, restaurer au-delà de ce que tu peux imaginer.

Une touche de Dieu et *Tout à coup, en un instant*, il y a une percée surnaturelle pour toi, ton mariage ou ta famille!

"Oui, dit l’Éternel, la capture du puissant lui sera enlevée, Et le butin du tyran lui échappera; Je combattrai tes ennemis, Et je sauverai tes fils.

*RÉFLÉCHISSONS*

Un captif est une personne qui ne peut pas s'enfuir, un prisonnier. Un captif est une personne en captivité. Les progrès et l'expansion sont impossibles en raison de la limitation des obstacles dans sa vie. 

Le captif est à la merci des amis qui lui jettent des bananes. Il est incapable de s'échapper des ennemis qui lui lancent des pierres et des bouteilles brisées.

Considérons un lion captif. S'il n'était pas en captivité, le lion peut se débrouiller tout seul dans la jungle. Il n'a pas besoin des sentiments pitoyables de ses amis. Mais quand il est mis en cage, il ne peut se nourrir que lorsque ses amis décident de le nourrir et non quand il désire se nourrir!

Qui ne fuirait pas devant un lion dans la jungle? Mais maintenant qu'il est en cage, même les petits enfants peuvent lui jeter des pierres. Les ennemis qui ne pouvaient jamais le supporter auparavant peuvent maintenant jeter des bouteilles cassées et des tomates pourries. Quel dommage!

C'est la situation exacte d'un captif!

1 - Tu as besoin de la sainte colère

Sois en colère contre le diable qui a mis ta vie en cage. Sois en colère contre l'endroit où tu es en train de vivre en dessous de tes capacités. Sois fâché de vivre comme une préoccupation pour les autres. Sois en colère de ne pas vivre comme le lion que tu as été appelé. Sois en colère d'avoir été enchaîné (dans l'immoralité, l'alcoolisme, la masturbation, la pornographie, la pauvreté, la drogue, etc.) alors que Christ est mort pour que tu sois libre

*TRANSFORME CHAQUE ASPECT MENTIONNÉ EN UN POINT DE PRIÈRE ET ENGAGE LES PRIÈRES *

2- Tu as besoin de l'oint Jésus-Christ et de sa sainte onction dans ta vie.

Jésus est oint pour délivrer les captifs (Luc 4:18), pour guérir ceux qui sont opprimés par le diable (Actes 10:38), pour libérer (Jean 8: 32/36), pour briser le joug (Ésaïe 10:27 )

*TRANSFORME CHAQUE ASPECT DE L'ONCTION MENTIONNÉ EN UN POINT DE PRIÈRE ET ENGAGE LES PRIÈRES *

3- Tu as besoin d'actions de foi. La foi sans actions est morte (Jacques 2:20)

Par la foi, approprie-toi des promesses de Dieu pour ta vie. Par la foi, va au-dela des limites imposées par l'ennemi. Par la foi, sors de la cage de la peur. Par la foi, fais ce que tu n’as jamais fait auparavant. Par la foi, rêve grand. Par la foi, dessine tes rêves et commence à travailler dessus.

Isaiah 49:25 "But thus saith the Lord , Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children."

*REFLECT*

A captive is a person that is not able to get away, a prisoner. A captive is a person that is in captivity. Progress and expansion are impossible because of limiting barriers. The captive is at the mercy of friends who throw bananas at him. He is unable to escape from enemies throwing stones and broken bottles at him. 

Consider a captive lion. If it were not in captivity, the lion can fend for itself in the jungle. It does not need the pitiful handouts from concerned friends. But when it is caged, it can only feed when its friends decide to feed it not when it likes to eat! 

Who will not run for a lion in the jungle? But now that it is caged, even little children can throw stones at it. Enemies that could never stand up to it before can now throw broken bottles and rotten tomatoes at it. What a pity! 

This is the exact situation of the captive

GET OUT OF THAT CAGE TODAY IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!

You need Anger. You need the Anointed and the Anointing. You need Actions

1 - You need holy anger 

Be angry at the devil who has caged your life. Be angry at the place where you are living below your capacities. Be angry at living as a concern to others. Be angry at not living as the lion you have been created to be. Be angry at being encaged (in immorality, in alcoholism, in masturbation, in pornography, in poverty, in drug, , ...) while Christ died for you to be free

2- You need the Holy Anointed Jesus Christ and his Holy anointing in your life.

Jesus is Anointed to deliver the captives (Luke 4:18), to heal those oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38), to set free indeed (John 8:32/36), to break the yoke (Isaiah 10:27)

*Actes 4:16* "Que ferons-nous à ces hommes pour que *un miracle notable* a été accompli par eux. Il est manifeste pour tous les habitants de Jérusalem, et nous ne pouvons pas le nier" (traduit de la version anglaise King James)

*RÉFLÉCHISSONS*

Les miracles ne sont pas tous les mêmes. Dans la Bible, il y a une sorte de miracle appelé "miracle notable".

Qu'est-ce qu'un miracle notable?

1 / Du texte que nous venons de lire, *un miracle notable est un miracle  manifeste pour tous*, ce qui signifie que c'est un miracle évident, tangible, palpable, incontestable, indéniable, indubitable et indiscutable.

2 / *Deuxièmement, un miracle notable est un miracle qui fait mal aux ennemis et aux moqueurs. C'est un miracle qui fait taire leur opposition et ferme leur bouche.*

Dans *Actes 4: 14*, il est écrit "comme ils voyaient là près d’eux l’homme qui avait été guéri, ils n’avaient rien à répliquer".

3 / *Troisièmement, un miracle notable est un miracle qui a un tel impact qu'il transforme un homme en émerveillement, en émerveillement, en étonnement et en surprise pour lui-même et pour les autres.*

Dans *Actes 3:10*, la Bible dit qu'après avoir été guéri, les gens étaient émerveillés, étonnés et susrpris par ce qui était arrivé aux boiteux. Il était hier sans valeur, bon à rien, inutile, mendiant. Maintenant, il est devenu un point d'attraction, un sujet de curiosité.

4 / *Quatrièmement, un miracle notable est un miracle avec un impact si visible qu’il attire une multitude d’hommes vers le Christ et vers l’église.*

En raison de ce miracle, dans *Actes 3: 11*, la Bible dit que "tout le peuple étonné accourut vers eux, au portique dit de Salomon". Et dans *Actes 4:4*, à cause de ce miracle, 5000 hommes ont cru et ont été ajoutés à l'église.

5 / *Cinquièmement, un miracle notable est un miracle qui glorifie le Seigneur. *

Dans *Actes 4: 21*, la Bible dit que "tous glorifiaient Dieu de ce qui était arrivé".

6 / *Sixièmement, un miracle notable est un miracle qui donne du poids à la prédication de la Parole de Dieu.*

Dans *Actes 3:12*, quand les gens venaient en grand nombre pour voir le miracle, Pierre s'en servit pour parler et prêcher hardiment au Nom du Seigneur Jésus-Christ.

7 / *Enfin, un miracle notable est un miracle dont tu n'as pas besoin de parler. C'est tellement énorme qu'il parle de lui-même.*

*RÉPONDONS PAR LA PRIÈRE*

Au Nom de Jésus-Christ, je prie pour que le Seigneur Dieu accorde à quelqu'un lisant ce message de continuer à garder sa foi vivante, son attente imperturbable et ses yeux focalisés comme cet homme né boiteux.

Je prie pour que le Seigneur Dieu accorde à quelqu'un qui lit cette dévotion aujourd'hui ce genre de miracle:

- qui sera vu par tous et entendu par tous

- qui fera taire la bouche de tes moqueurs et de tes ennemis pour toujours.

- te transformera en émerveillement et en étonnement

- qui fera que plusieurs viendront au Seigneur à cause de toi

- qui fera que les gens glorifieront Dieu à cause de toi

*READ*

*Acts 4:16* "What shall we do to these men for that indeed *a notable miracle* hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it" 

*REFLECT*

Miracles are not all the same. In the Bible there is a kind of miracles called "notable miracle".

What is a notable miracle? 

1/ From the text we have just read, *a notable miracle is manifest not to some or to few, but to all*, which means that it is a miracle that is evident, tangible, palpable, incontestable, undeniable, indubitable and indisputable.

2/ *Secondly, a notable miracle is a miracle that grieves the enemies and mockers, silences their opposition and closes their mouth.* 

In *Acts 4:14*, it is written, "and beholding the man which was healed standing with them, *they could say nothing*". 

3/ *Thirdly, a notable miracle is a miracle that has such a great impact that it turns a man into a wonder and an amazement to himself and to others.* 

In *Acts 3:10*, the Bible says that after being healed, people were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto the lame. He was yesterday worthless, good-for-nothing, useless, beggar. Now he has become a point of attraction, a subject of curiosity. 

4/ *Fourthly, a notable miracle is a miracle with such a visible impact that it draws multitude of men to Christ and to the church.*

Because of this miracle, in *Acts 3:11*, the Bible says that "all the people ran together in Solomon's porch greatly wondering". And in *Acts 4:4*, because of that miracle, 5000 men believed and were added to the church. 

5/ *Fifthly, a notable miracle is a miracle that glorifies the Lord.*

In *Acts 4:21*, the Bible says that “all men glorified God for that which was done”. 

6/ *Sixthly, a notable miracle is a miracle that gives weight to the preaching of the Word of God.* 

In *Acts 3:12*, when people came in multitude to see the miracle, Peter used it as an opportunity to speak and preach boldly in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ

7/ *Finally, a notable miracle is a miracle you don't need to talk about. It is so huge that it talks by itself.*

*RESPOND IN PRAYER*

If like that man born lame, you keep your expectation alive and your focus unbroken, the Lord God is telling you that this is the kind of miracle he will do for you. A miracle

- that will be seen to all and heard by all

- that will silence the mouth of your mockers and your enemies forever.

- that will turn you into a wonder and an amazement

- that will make multitude to come to the Lord because of you

- that will make people to glorify God because of you

- that will be used to confirm the power of the Word of God

- that you will not need to talk about but will talk bu itself

*LISONS*

Osée 10:12 "... Il est temps de chercher l’Eternel, Jusqu’à ce qu’il vienne, et répande pour vous la justice."

*RÉFLÉCHISSONS*

Quand Jacob priait à Peniel, il dit à l'ange dans Genèse 32:26: "Je ne te laisserai pas partir que tu ne m'aies béni. Au verset 29, il fut béni.

Quand Dieu a envoyé Moïse à Pharaon pour délivrer son peuple des cénuries de l'esclavage, Moïse a été déçu le premier jour parce qu'il pensait que la délivrance aurait lieu dès qu'il apparaîtrait devant Pharaon. Devine quoi? Moïse a dû comparaître devant Pharaon encore et encore treize fois jusqu'à ce que le Pharaon abandonna et laissa le peuple partir.

Quand Moïse priait pour Josué et l'armée, la Bible dit dans Exode 17:12 qu'Aaron et Hur soutenaient les mains de Moïse jusqu'au coucher du soleil. Au verset 13, Josué vainquit Amalek et son peuple, au tranchant de l’épée.

Elie monta au mont Carmel pour prier pour l'accomplissement de la parole qu'il avait entendue du Seigneur. Bien qu'il n'y ait eu aucun signe apparent de réponse et que tout paraissait contraire à ce qu'il avait entendu, il persista à demander à son serviteur d'aller regarder vers la mer. Le serviteur fit des vas-et-viens pendant 6 fois sans aucun résultat jusqu'à la 7ème fois. C'est alors qu'il vit un petit nuage sortir de la mer et la pluie tomba sur la terre. (1 Rois 18: 42-46)

Après que la dame ait perdu la pièce dans sa maison, la Bible dit dans Luc 15: 8 qu'elle la chercha avec diligence jusqu'à ce qu'elle la trouva. Au verset 9, elle la trouva.

PEU IMPORTE COMBIEN DE TEMPS LE PHARAON RÉSISTE, PERSISTE  A GENOUX JUSQU'A CE QU'IL FLECHISSE SES GENOUX. N'ABANDONNE PAS JUSQU'A CE QU'IL ABANDONNE.

"THE ENEMY WILL GIVE UP ONLY IF YOU DON'T GIVE UP ..."

*READ*

Hosea 10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for [it is] time to SEEK THE LORD, TILL HE COME and rain righteousness upon you.

*REFLECT*

When Jacob was praying at Peniel, he told the angel in Genesis 32:26, "I won’t let you go until you bless me." And in verse 29, he was blessed.

When God sent Moses to Pharaoh to deliver his people from cenuries of slavery, Moses got disappointed the first day because he thought that deliverance will take place as soon as he appears before Pharaoh. Guess what? Moses had to appear before Pharaoh again and again thirteen times until Pharaoh gave up and let the people go.

When Moses was praying for Joshua and the army, the Bible says in Exodus 17:12 that Aaron and Hur stayed Moses’ hands up until the going down of the sun. And in verse 13, Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

Elijah went up to Mount Carmel to pray and enforce the fulfillment. Though there was no sign of answer in the physical and every thing was contrary to what he had heard, he persistedly bid his servant to go and look toward the sea. The servant went again and again 6 times and there was nothing until the 7th time, he saw a little cloud out of the sea and rain fell on the earth. (1 Kings 18:42-46)

After the lady has lost the coin in her house, the Bible says in Luke 15:8 that she looks for it diligently until she finds it. And in verse 9, she found it.

*RESPOND IN PRAYER*

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY TIMES PHARAOH RESISTS, INSIST AND PERSIST ON YOUR KNEES UNTIL HE KNEELS DOWN BEFORE YOU. DON'T GIVE UP UNTIL THE DEVIL GIVES UP ...
