DAY 7| 40 DAYS AT JESUS FEET ...SUPERNATURAL TURN AROUND ...

Today's miracle is about Peter who experienced the most successful catch of fish in his lifetime after he has toiled the whole night without getting anything.

Why did Peter fail? What did he do to turn his failure into success?

Peter failed because

🔑1 :  Jesus was out of his boat. He succeeded when Jesus entered the boat. (v 2/3)

🔑2 : He relied on his own skill and experience. He succeeded when he relied on Jesus' word and wisdom

🔑3 : He was using the boat only for his own interest. He succeeded when the boat shifted to serve Christ's interest. (v 5)

🔑4 : He lacked divine direction and divine instruction. He succeeded when he obeyed and followed divine instruction. (v 6)

How did Peter manage his failure ?

🔑1 : He admitted he failed and never dwelt in it. (v 5)

🔑2 : He never allowed his failure make him doubt Jesus. Rather, he took him at his word and everything turned (v 5)

I PRAY THAT AT THE VERY PLACE WHERE YOU FAILED, GOD WILL WIPE YOUR TEARS, RESTORE YOU AND GRANT YOU A MIRACLE.

PERSONAL SUPPLICATION

1/ Peter spent a fruitless night

- Pray with Isaiah 65:23 and refuse a life of fruitlessness in efforts, business, relationship, ..

2/ Fruitlessness leads to frustration. Fruitlfulness leads to celebration

- Cry to God to free you from a life of frustration. Refuse failure in your life. (Proverbs 23:18).

- Decree by faith your life to be a life of celebration. Confess a life of all round undeniable success (Joshua 1:8)

3/ Peter relied on his skills and experiences not on God. He failed

- Relying on yourself is a sin and a curse. Pray God to forgive you that sin Cry to God to break that curse. (Jeremiah 17:5-6/ Isaiah 30:1-5)

4/ Peter had a boat. He had skills. He had experiences. But he failed for 3 things were missing : - Jesus' presence / Jesus' wisdom / Jesus' voice / Jesus' interests

- Call upon Jesus and pray for those 4 things to rule in all area of your life (Psalm 124)

DAY 5 | MASSIVE HEALINGS IN TOWN ... GUERISONS MASSIVES EN VILLE

In today's texts Jesus operates massive healings in the city. Massive means so large that it cannot be counted.

In *Matthew 8:16*, “they brought unto him *many that were possessed* with devils …he healed *all that were sick*:”

In *Mark 1:33-34*, “ *All the city* was gathered together at the door...“Jesus *healed many* that were sick…”

In *Luke 4:40*, “All they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.”

Jesus healed *DIVERS AND ALL KIND DISEASES*: 

disabilities and infirmities from demonic origin ( *Matt 8:16 / Luke 9:42*); lepers from viral origin ( *Luke 17:14*), paralytics ( *Matt 15:30-31*), fever ( *Matt 8:14-15*) and all kinds of diseases ( *Matt 12:15*)

*KEYS  TO HEALING*

1/ Jesus healed those who had need of healing (Luke 9:11) 

2/ Jesus healed those who had faith in him (Matthew 8:13)

There is no sickness Jesus cannot heal. No matter the name of the sickness plaguing you, *JESUS CAN HEAL YOU NOW. DO YOU BELIEVE? IF YES, SO SHALL IT BE!*

1/ "He who is in me is greater than he who is in this world. Therefore, sickness cannot dwell in me (1 John 4:4)

2/ Jesus Christ has borne my sicknesses and carried my pain. I will not carry any sickness in my body (Isa. 53:4-5; 1 Peter 2:24)

3/ Jesus is in me and His life flows in me. As He was in the world so am I in this world. I am healthy as Jesus was upon this earth. (1 John 4:17)

4/ Jesus destroyed the works of the devil including diseases. All the works of the devil upon my body are destroyed (1 John 3:8)

5/ My health springs forth and the glory of the Lord is revealed in me. The Lord brings me health and cure, and reveals unto me the abundance of peace and truth. (Jer. 33:6)

6/It is the will of God that I should prosper and be in perfect health even as my soul prospers. (3 John 2)

7/ My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and all the fullness of God dwells in me. I glorify God in my body and in my spirit which are His. (1 Cor 6:19-20; Eph. 3:19).

JOUR 4 | 40 DAYS AUX PIEDS DE CHRIST : SATAN, TAIS-TOI ET SORS !

DESCRIPTION

Alors que Jésus prêchait dans une synagogue à Capernaum, un homme possédé par un démon était présent. L'esprit démoniaque était extrêmement mal à l'aise devant le Seigneur et se fit connaître. Jésus commanda au démon de se taire et sortir de l'homme. Le mauvais esprit le quitta.

QUI EST DIEU?

Le démon sait que Jésus:

 1 / Est de Nazareth, reconnaissant son humanité
2 / Est “le Saint de Dieu”, reconnaissant que Christ est Dieu.
3 / A le pouvoir de le juger et le chasser

LEÇONS

• Les démons savent qui est le Christ. Sais-tu qui est Jésus? Qui est Jésus pour toi?
• Quand Jésus apparut, les démons réagirent. Les démons doivent être mal à l'aise là où tu es.
• Le démon était soumis à l'ordre de Jésus reconnaissant qu'il est au-dessus d'eux. En Christ, tu es assis bien au-dessus des démons.
• Jésus a fermé la bouche du diable et l'a chassé. En Christ, tu as le pouvoir de fermer la bouche du diable avec la Parole de Dieu et le chasser de ton esprit, ta maison, ta famille...

DAY 4 | 40 DAYS AT JESUS' FEET : DEVIL, SHUT UP AND COME OUT !

DESCTIPTION

As Jesus was preaching in a synagogue in Capernaum, a man possessed by a demon was present. The demon spirit was extremely uncomfortable in the presence of the Lord and made himself known. Jesus commanded the demon to shut up and come out of the man. The evil spirit left him.

WHO IS GOD?

The demon knew that Jesus : 

1/ Was from Nazareth, acknowledging his humanity

2/ Was “the Holy One of God,” acknowledging  that Christ was God.

3/ Has authority and power to silence, judge and cast him out

LESSONS

- Demons know who Christ is. Do you know who Jesus is? Who are you in Christ?

• When Jesus showed up, demons reacted. Demons must be uncomfortable where you are.

• Demon submitted to Jesus' command acknowledging He is above them. In Christ, you are sitted far above demons. 

• Jesus shut the devil up and chased him away. In Christ, you have authority to close the mouth of the devil with the Word of God and forbid him to speak  in your mind, your house, your family

1. Any evil voice stopping my loved ones  from drawing close to God. ( Ephesians 2:13)

2. Any voice of condemnation, accusation and guilt against me. I declare that I am forgiven and cleansed! ( Hebrews 9:14)

3. Any voice keeping me in bondage, in addiction, (mention before the Lord your concern). I declare my redemption ( 1 Peter 1:18-19)

4. Any ungodly, wicked and demonic covenant keeping me prisoners and slaves of the devil. I command total freedom! ( Zechariah 9:11)

5. Any trace of sickness in me (mention of you are sick) I command total healing in my spirit, soul and body! ( Isaiah 53:5)

6. Any power holding back and hindering my testimony. It is crushed today ! ( Revelation 12:10-12)

7. Any yoke on my neck keeping me slave and manipulating me to do things I don't like. It is destroyed today ( Isaiah 10:27)

8. Any power working to disgrace me. I declare no more shame. ( Joel 2:26-27)

JOUR 3 | 40 JOURS AUX PIEDS DU CHRIST ...SAUVÉ DE JUSTESSE DE LA MORT

RECIT

Après avoir entendu parlé de Christ, un homme parcourut 32 km pour le prier de venir en personne guérir son fils mourant. Au lieu d'aller avec lui, Jésus ne prononça que 4 mots "VA, TON FILS VIT". L'homme crut simplement, lui fit confiance, le prit au mot et rentra chez lui. À la maison, il trouva son fils guéri et toute sa famille crut.

QUI EST DIEU?

• Dieu n'a pas de limite. La distance n'est pas une barrière pour lui

• La Parole de Jésus a un pouvoir illimité.

• Jésus est le restaurateur de la vie

• Jésus est capable de délivrer tout ce qui est sur le point de mourir (couple, entreprise, ...)

LEÇONS

• Cherche le Sauveur et non le miracle

• Ne sois pas paresseux pour intercéder pour ta famille

• Le miracle répond à la foi et à la confiance. La foi vient en entendant la Parole. La confiance vient en prenant la Parole au sérieux et en s'appuyant sur Dieu sachant qu'il est fidèle

• Si tu ne prends pas la Parole de Dieu au sérieux, tu ne prends pas non plus Dieu au sérieux

DIRECTIVE DE PRIERE

1. Adore Dieu pour qui Il est pour toi dans ce miracle

2. Jésus a sauvé ce fils sur le point de mourir

Crie à Dieu de sauver tout ce qui est sur le point de mourir dans ta vie ( Psa 79: 11)

3. Cet homme a parcouru 32 Km juste pour prier pour son fils. Peux-tu payer ce prix pour aller à l'église

Prie Dieu d'allumer ton autel et que tu sois libéré de la paresse spirituelle et des fausses excuses ( Lév 6: 13).

4. Cet homme a pu sauver son fils mourant par sa foi. Lorsqu'il fut guéri, toute sa famille fut sauvée.

Crie à Dieu avec foi pour que ton épouse et tes enfants non sauvés soient sauvés ( Actes 16: 31)

5. Cet homme est un modèle de père qui intercède pour son enfant en difficulté

Crie à Dieu pour un miracle pour un enfant en difficulté (défi de santé, défi scolaire, défi social, ...) ( Isaïe 54: 13)

PÈRE,

- Sauve ce qui est sur le point de mourir

- Délivre quelqu'un de la paresse spirituelle

- Accorde la paix aux enfants et aux familles

DAY 3 | 40 DAYS AT JESUS FEET ... RESCUED AT THE POINT OF DEATH

DESCRIPTION

After having heard about Christ, a man travelled 20 miles from Capernaum to Cana to pray Him to heal his dying son. At first, he requested Jesus to come in person. But Jesus spoke only 4 words " GO, THY SON LIVETH". The man simply believed, trusted Jesus, took Him at his Word and went. At home, he found his son healed and his whole household believed.

WHO IS GOD?

• God has no limit. Distance is no barrier to Him

• Jesus' Word carries unlimited power. 

• Jesus is the restorer of life

• Jesus is able to deliver anything about to die (a couple, a business,...)

LESSONS

•Be a Savior-Seeker not a Sign-Seeker

•Parent, don't be lazy to intercede for your home

•Miracle answers to faith and trust. Faith leads you to God in prayer. Trust keeps you at rest after prayer. Faith comes by hearing the Word. Trust comes by taking the Word seriously and resting on God calmly knowing that He is too Faithful to fail.

•Until you take God's Word seriously, you have not yet taken God seriously

PRAYER POINTS

1. Praise God for who He is from this miracle

2. Jesus rescued this son at the point of death.
Cry to God to rescue anything at the point of death in your life ( Psalm 79:11)

3. This man travelled 20 miles (like from Nairobi to Thika) just to pray for his son. Can you pay such price to go to church or attend Bible Study ?
Pray God to fire up your altar and free you from spiritual laziness and false excuses ( Lev 6:13).

4. This man stood the gap for his dying son to be rescued and when he was healed, his entire family was saved.
Cry to God with faith for your unsaved spouse and children to be saved ( Acts 16:31)

5. This man is a model of a father who intercedes for his challenged child
Cry to God for a miracle over any challenged child (health challenge, school challenge, social challenge,...) ( Isaiah 54:13)

FATHER, 

- Rescue everything at the point of death
- Free someone from spiritual laziness
- Grant peace over children and families
