THE GOD OF PHAREZ

Genesis 38:28-29 "And it came to pass, when she travailed, that [the one] put out [his] hand: and the midwife took and bound upon his hand a scarlet thread, saying, This came out first. And it came to pass, as he drew back his hand, that, behold, his brother came out: and she said, How hast thou broken forth? [this] breach [be] upon thee: therefore his name was called Pharez.
*REFLECT*
Today's story is about a woman who was giving birth to twins. The rule when twins are born is that the elder is the one who comes first.
While giving birth, the first baby twin put out his hand to come out of the womb. When the midwive saw his hand, she bound it with a scarlet thread to indicate that he was the first born. Unfortunately, instead of proceeding, the baby drew back his hand.
The moment he drew back his hand, his twin brother who was behind pulled him back and came out first. The first called Zarah became the last born. And the last called Pharez became the firstborn.
When the midwive saw what happened, how the first became the last and how the last became the first, she was so astonished that she asked baby Pharez, "How hast thou broken forth?", meaning "How did you breakthrough?"
Today, as we are about one day to close our 40 days, I am delighted to introduce to someone the God of Perets.
Who is the God of Pharez? The God of Pharez is the God who will come looking for you from behind to position you forward. He is the God who will take you down to catapult you to the top. He is the God who will grant you a supernatural breakthrough that will make people ask the question, "How did you get there, what did you do to be there?"
The God of Perets is the God who is able to reconfigure, reshape, reorganize and push a person who has been completely written off to make him a subject of decoration and celebration.
LET THE GOD OF PÉRETS SURPRISES YOU TODAY IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!

IN THE NAME OF THE GOD OF PHAREZ,
- - Your breakthrough will shock and surprise your friends and the people who know you *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST*!.
- - Very soon your blessing will become a glorious controversy *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST*!
- - Those who have scorned you in the past will announce your celebration *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!*
- - Any evil chair that the enemy has built to keep you stagnated shall catch fire *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!*
- - Your breakthrough shall manifest your life *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!*
- - Someone who is ahead of you will draw back his hand and it will give you opportunity to be ahead of him and overtake him *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!*
- - Someone will make a mistake like Saul and you will replace him like David *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!*
- Someone will make a mistake like Vashti and you will replace her like Esther Vashti *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!*
- Someone who will make a mistake like Esau and you will replace him like Jacob Vashti *IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!*
