"BREAKING THE YOKE OF MARITAL STAGNATION PART 1"
But before anything dies, something must first stop.
Someone once said : “What is the difference between a living thing and a dead thing? In the medical world, a clinical definition of death is a body that does not change. Change is life. Stagnation is death. If you don't change, you die. It's that simple. It's that scary.” ―
Another one said : "People make a change when the pain of staying the same becomes WORSE than the pain of changing."
Many today are living in stagnated marriage but are not aware of it.
TODAY, WE WILL PRAY TO BREAK THE YOKE OF MARITAL STAGNATION IN FAMILIES AND RELEASE THE BLESSINGS OF MARRIAGE AS INTENDED BY THE CREATION IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.
*WHAT GOD HAS ORDAINED MARRIAGE FOR ?*
The fundamental reason God sets marriage into place was because it was not good for a man to be alone as we can read it in *Genesis 2:18*:
"And the LORD God said, [It is] not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."
This truth is well expounded by Solomon in *Ecclesiastes 4:9*:
"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. 10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him that is alone when he falleth, for he hath not another to help him up. 11 Again, if two lie down together, then they have heat, but how can one be warm alone? 12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken."
From those texts, we clearly learn the following truths that describe a healthy and advancing marriage.
*1/ Marriage in God's plan is ordained for you to become better not worst.*
*Ecclesiastes 4:9* "... Two are better than one ..."
*2/ Marriage in God's plan is ordained to bring you good reward from your labor. Which means it is meant for diligent not for lazy people.*
*Ecclesiastes 4:9* "... they have a good reward for their labor ..."
*3/ Marriage in God's plan is ordained not for your falling but for your lifting, not for your warming down but for your warming up, not for fighting one another but fighting the enemy together.*
*Ecclesiastes 4:10* "For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow. [...] 11 Again, if two lie down together, then they have heat, but how can one be warm alone? 12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken."
*4/ Marriage in God's plan is ordained to be a threefold cord that always keeps God in the middle and in the center of everything.*
*Ecclesiastes 4:12* "... a threefold cord is not quickly broken"

*DECLARATION NUMBER 1*
Marriage is a blessing from the Lord. According to Scriptures, the blessing of the Lord makes rich and he addeth no sorrow with it.
FATHER, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, MY MARRIAGE IS BLESSED WITH PEACE AND JOY. I REVOKE, I REBUKE and I AVERT ANY TRACE OF CURSE CAUSING SORROW, UNSETTLEMENT AND TROUBLE IN MY MARRIAGE.

DECLARATION NUMBER 2
Marriage requires hard work and tireless fight and battle against the forces of darkness determined to frustrate your reward.
FATHER, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, I STAND AGAINST ANY FORCE OF DARKNESS FIGHTING MY MARRIAGE. I REBUKE, I REVOKE AND I AVERT ANY EVIL SPIRIT OF DIVORCE, OF IMMORALITY, OF MISUNDERSTANDINGS, OF QUARRELS AND OF MARITAL STAGNATION

DECLARATION NUMBER 3
Marriage is not meant to drain you, to exhaust you, to demand from you more than you can afford or to weigh you down. It is meant to energise you, to boost you and to motivate you. Remember, before your partner encourages you, you are the first and the only one responsible to encourage yourself.
FATHER, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, I DIVORCE FROM ANY EVIL AND NEGATIVE FORCES WORKING TO DRAIN ME EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, FINANCIALLY.
FATHER, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, I DIVORCE FROM BITTERNESS. I DIVORCE FROM RESENTMENT, I DIVORCE FROM ANGER. I DIVORCE FROM WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE ME HAPPY
FATHER, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, I LIFT MY HEAD ABOVE THE WATERS OF OPPOSITION AND CHALLENGES OF LIFE. I TAKE BACK THE KEY OF PEACE AND REST AND I ENTER INTO MY PEACE AND MY REST TODAY.

DECLARATION NUMBER 4
Marriage will fail, will fall and will faint if God is no longer the centre and the middle of it. Curse starts whenever your spouse or anything else takes the place of God and when the kingdom of God is not your priority.
If you don't want your marriage to fall, pray and seek first the kingdom of God. If you don't want your marriage to fail, pray and seek first the kingdom of God. If you don't want your marriage to faint, pray and seek first the kingdom of God.
FATHER, I REPENT FOR GIVING TO OTHERS THE PLACE YOU DESERVE. I REPENT FOR LOVING MY SPOUSE MORE THAN YOU. TODAY, I REMOVE MY SPOUSE, MY CHILDREN OR ANYTHING ELSE AS THE CENTRE OF MY LIFE. BE THE CENTRE. TAKE THE LEAD.
FATHER, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, I REBUKE, I REVERSE AND I AVERT ANY TRACE OF PRAYERLESSNESS, OF HEAVINESS IN ATTENDING CHURCH, OF LAZINESS IN MEDITATING YOUR WORD. LET THE FIRE OF PRAYER BURN AGAIN AT MY PRAYER ALTAR.
