⏩ COVENANT OF INFALLIBLE PROOFS ⏪ DAY 15 "THE TOMB IS EMPTY ... HE IS RISEN"

Sir Lionel accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior on Nov. 7, 1978. He stated: 

“The bones of Muhammad are in Medina, the bones of Confucius are in Shantung, the cremated bones of Buddha are in Nepal. Thousands pay pilgrimages to worship at their tombs which contain their bones. But in Jerusalem there is a cave cut into the rock. This is the tomb of Jesus. IT IS EMPTY! YES, EMPTY! BECAUSE HE IS RISEN! He died, physically and historically. He arose from the dead, and now sits at the right hand of God.”

Among many proofs of Jesus’ resurrection, one of them is the undeniable fact is,

In Luke 24:6, it is written, "He is not here, but is risen as he said ..."

SOME FACTS ATTESTING THE TOMB IS EMPTY

1st fact : The women found it empty

Mark 16:5 "And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted."

2nd fact :  Peter and John found it empty

John 20:5-8 "And he stooping down, and looking in , saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. [6] Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, [7] And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. [8] Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed."

3rd fact : Mary saw it empty

John 20:11-12 [11] But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre, [12] And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.

4th fact : The angels confirmed it was empty

Luke 24:6 "He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee"

Matthew 28:6 "He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay."

5th fact : The Roman guards terrifyingly declared it to be empty;

Matthew 28:4 "And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead [men]."

Matthew 28:11 "Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done."

6th fact : The chief priests and the elders believed it was empty;

Matthew 28:11 Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. 12 And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, 13 Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.

7th fact : 2000 years ago until today, the tomb is still empty

"Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day." (Acts 2:29 KJVS)

WHAT DOES EMPTY TOMB TEACH US?

The Empty tomb teaches us :

1) The power of resurrection is available even today to open every door and to roll away the stone closing our doors.

And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great. - (Mark 16:3-4)

2) The power of resurrection is available even today  to relocate us from poverty to blessing and from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light.

Colossians 1:13 "Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son"

PROPHETIC DECLATIONS AND PRAYERS 

PRAYER 1 | Father, we worship you today for you are the maker of the earth and the world. Father, we worship because you are the ever powerful God, the ever wise God. 

Father, your Word has power, wisdom and understanding. We pray for a fresh baptism of your word in uor spirits and souls today IJN.

Jeremiah 51:15 He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.

PRAYER 2 | Father, let your glory come in our lives, in our families and in our ministries thereby causing the earth to shine with your glory.

Ezekiel 43:2 KJVS "And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory."

PRAYER 3 | Father, we thank you Lord for your death and resurection. Circumcise our heart to minister in your sanctuary

Ezekiel 44:9 KJVS "Thus saith the Lord God ; No stranger, uncircumcised in heart, nor uncircumcised in flesh, shall enter into my sanctuary, of any stranger that is among the children of Israel."

PRAYER 4 | Father, in the name of the risen Jesus, I cancel any plan and purpose of the enemy against me, my family and my loved ones. 

Jeremiah 49:[30] Flee, get you far off, dwell deep, O ye inhabitants of Hazor, saith the Lord ; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath taken counsel against you, and hath conceived a purpose against you.
