Healthy self-love begins by standing "before the mirror of scripture" and internalizing God's truth until your soul knows it (Psalm 139:14).

Daily Declarations for Wholeness:

I am forgiven. (Romans 8:1)

I have peace with God. (Romans 5:1)

I have access to grace. (Romans 5:2)

I am accepted. (Ephesians 1:6)

I am not an accident; God has a plan for me. (Jeremiah 29:11)

I am not defined by rejection, failure, or anyone's opinion. (Matthew 3:17)

I am a masterpiece crafted by God. (Ephesians 2:10)

When you truly know who you are, you will:

Stop begging others to complete you.

Stop falling for anyone who shows you attention.

Stop mistaking rescue for romance.

Become a gift to others.

No longer starve for human approval.

Experience relationships that are gardens where love grows freely, not altars where you beg to be worshipped.
