*Tuesday 11-03-2025 | "Revolution of Love: Living Upside-Down in a Right-Side-Up World"
*Reading Of The Day* | *Luke 6*
*Key Verse:* | “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” (Luke 6:31)
In Luke 6, Jesus challenges societal norms with radical teachings. He heals on the Sabbath, defying religious legalism (vv. 1-11), chooses twelve apostles (vv. 12-16), and delivers the Sermon on the Plain—a manifesto of God’s kingdom.
He blesses the poor, hungry, and persecuted while warning the comfortable (vv. 20-26).
Jesus calls for radical love: “Love your enemies” (v. 27), “Turn the other cheek” (v. 29), and “Do good to those who hate you” (v. 27). He condemns hypocrisy and urges mercy over judgment (vv. 37-42).
The chapter closes with the parable of wise and foolish builders, emphasizing obedience as life’s foundation (vv. 46-49).
*Word of Encouragement:*
Jesus’ teachings may seem upside-down, but His way leads to true freedom. When love feels impossible, remember: His grace empowers you to forgive, serve, and bless even your critics. Build your life on His words, and no storm will shake you. 🌱💪 "For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." (Luke 6:38)
