BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT
TESTIMONY
A lady was one month and some days pregnant. One day, she noticed that she was bleeding.. According to her, it was a miscarriage. She called for prayer because she was so worried and stressed. I told her "You saw blood. Don't call it miscarriage. Have faith in God. Your baby is safe."
To the glory of God, she stopped bleeding, her pregnancy continued normally and she gave birth to a wonderful baby boy this year.
MEDITATION OF THE DAY
In the school of faith, you have to know to draw a line between the fact and the truth.
It was a fact that she was bleeding but it was not true that she miscarried.
A medical report is a fact. It's a fact that you don't have money, you don't have a wife or a husband, you don't have a job. But the truth is not what you hear or see. The truth is what God says.
It is written, "Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God" (Romans 4:17).
It is written again, "We walk by faith, not by sight" (2 Corinthians 5:7)
3 KEYS TO WALK BY FAITH NOT BY SIGHT
KEY 1 " STOP LISTENING TO THE DEVIL'S LIES"
The devil always uses and will always use facts to speak to your mind, to sow doubt in you, to discourage you, to stress you out, to distress you., to frustrate you and to lock you up in unbelief.
KEY 2 "SILENCE THE ENEMY WITH THE WORD"
You need faith to silence the enemy. You need faith to rise above and go beyond the facts. You need faith to overcome stress, anxiety and discouragement.
KEY 3 "FACTS ARE NOT FINAL. JEHOVAH HAS THE FINAL SAY.
What you go through now is not final. The doctor's report is not final. Your joblessness is not final. Your celibacy is not final. There's no closed case with our God. JEHOVAH HAS THE FINAL SAY.
Proverbs 16:18 CEV "The Lord has the final word,"
CONCLUSION AND PRAYER
There's no closed case with the LORD. Spend time in prayer to the Lord who has the final say over your case.
So shall it be
Jesus is LORD
