THE GRATEFUL HEART
“God smiles when we praise and thank Him continually. Few things feel better than receiving heartfelt praise and appreciation from someone else. God loves it, too… An amazing thing happens when we offer praise and thanksgiving to God. When we give God enjoyment, our own hearts are filled with joy."
What are the blessings of having a grateful heart?
1) A greatful heart is worry-free and anxiety free
Gratitude is a powerful antidote for worry and anxiety. It is so powerful that it transforms anxiety to peace
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
2) A grateful heart is free from any limitation

Before Jesus could multiply the bread and the fish, he first of all gave thanks to the Father, By doing so, he broke the limitation so that 2 fishes and 5 loaves would feed 5000 people.
John 6:11 And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.
3) A grateful heart is a humble heart
