In the book of Genesis we discover that when God was
creating the world, before a new day dawns, evening always comes first. Six
times we read in the first chapter of Genesis a pattern and a repeated cycle of
“evening and morning”.
We find it in:
Genesis 1:5 And
God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the EVENING and
the MORNING were the first day.
Genesis 1:8 And
God called the firmament Heaven. And the EVENING and the MORNING were the second
day.
Genesis 1:13 And
the EVENING and the MORNING were the third day.
Genesis 1:19 And
the EVENING and the MORNING were the fourth day.
Genesis 1:23 And
the EVENING and the MORNING were the fifth day.
Genesis 1:31 And
God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the
EVENING and the MORNING were the sixth day.
What does this
repeated cycle teach us ? It teaches us three things:
1st lesson: No evening (of adversity, of
affliction, of trial, of test ...) is ever permitted to last forever without leading
to the dawn of a new day.
Psalms 30:5 “…weeping
may endure for a night, but joy [cometh] in the morning.”
2nd lesson: The longest time an evening is
supposed to take in the life of the redeemed is "a moment". It is not
permitted to last beyond “a moment”.
Psalms 30:5 “…For his anger [endureth but] A MOMENT; in his favour [is] life
2 Corinthians 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but FOR A MOMENT, worketh for us a far more exceeding and ETERNAL WEIGHT OF GLORY;
3rd lesson: Though evening is not permitted
to last forever in the life of the redeemed, morning in his life is meant to
shine brighter and brighter unto the perfect day.
Proverbs 4:18
But the path of the just [is] as the shining light, that SHINETH MORE AND MORE unto
the perfect day.
Isaiah 60:20 Thy
sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD
shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
PRAYER 1
My Father and My God, I’m thankful for my redemption purchased
by the death and resurrection of your Son Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians
6:20 For ye are bought with a price:
therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.

PRAYER 2
My Father and My God, by the virtue of the blood of
Jesus Christ, I declare that I’m not redeemed to reflect the ancestors’
pattern of long lasting poverty, long lasting financial struggle, long lasting
marital instability, long lasting anger, long lasting bitterness, long lasting
sickness, long lasting misery ... I cancel this pattern today and I command the
dawn of a New Day in my life today IN JESUS NAME!!!
Isaiah 60:1 Arise,
shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.

PRAYER 3
My Father and My God, I declare before your throne
today that I’m redeemed by Christ to reflect the pattern of victory over any
battle, healing from any sickness, provision over every need, solution
over any issue, breakthrough over any blockage, quick recovering after
any hurt IN JESUS NAME!!!
2 Corinthians
2:14 Now thanks [be] unto God, which ALWAYS CAUSETH US TO TRIUMPH IN CHRIST,
and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

PRAYER 4
My Father and My God, I come before your throne to
claim Isaiah 60:20 and I declare, “My sun shall no more go down; neither shall my
moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be MINE EVERLASTING LIGHT, and the
days of my mourning shall be ended.”

PRAYER 5
My Father and My God, I come before your throne to
claim Psalms 30:5 and I declare, “Your anger endureth BUT A MOMENT; in your favour
is life: [my] weeping may endure FOR A NIGHT, but [my] joy cometh IN THE
MORNING.”

PRAYER 6
My Father and My God, I come before your throne to
claim 1 Peter 5:10 and I declare, “God of grace, you have called me unto your ETERNAL
GLORY by Christ Jesus. Therefore, after that I have SUFFERED A WHILE, you will
make me perfect, you will stablish, you will strengthen and you will settle me”.
