𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟮-𝟭𝟬-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗕𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲? 𝗡𝗼 — 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲!

𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗕𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲? 𝗡𝗼 — 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝘆 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲!

🔵 "𝗕𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵; 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗯. 𝗠𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂." - 𝗣𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝟳𝟭:𝟲 𝗡𝗞𝗝𝗩

🔵 This is not poetry, this is biography! This is a man looking back over decades and realizing, I never stood on my own!

🔵 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 "𝘂𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱" 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗵'𝗲𝗻 (מִשְׁעָן) - 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳, 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁, 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵! 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗱'𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹, 𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳!

🔵 The psalmist is shouting, "God, You have been my Staff since birth! Before I could walk, You carried me! Before I could pray, You sustained me! And now that my physical strength is fading, I am leaning my entire body weight on the same Staff that has never failed me!”

🔵 The second part of the verse says ... "𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗯" - 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱! 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗳𝗲! 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁!

🔵 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 - 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲! 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀!

🔵 Somebody needs to hear this today - you think your story started when you got a job, when you got saved, when you got married! No! Your covenant started in the womb! God has been leaning over you, holding you up, before you had strength to hold yourself!

🔵 And what is the only sane response? The last part of the verse says ... "My praise shall be continually of You." Meaning- without ceasing, habitually, permanently! 

🔵 Friend, If God has upheld you continually, you must praise Him continually!

🔵 Stop living with a silent mouth! If He took you from the womb, if He has been your Staff when your legs were weak, your mouth was created to be saturated with praise!

🔵 You are not self-made - you are God-upheld!
