𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟬𝟳-𝟬𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻)

𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟬𝟳-𝟬𝟱-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻)

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗢𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28 KJV)

Dear caregiver, dear weary soul, dear one who has been strong for too long—you have permission to rest. You have been running on empty, suppressing emotions, acting like a robot just to survive. But the Lord is not impressed by your burnout.

He invites you to come to Him, not with your productivity, but with your exhaustion. Lay down the weight you were never meant to carry. Let Him be strong while you are weak. Rest is not laziness—it is trust.

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟭 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲.

We pray that the Lord will send refreshment and renew their inner strength in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength.” (Isaiah 40:31a NKJV)

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken their spirit and restore passion for life in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “Awake, you who sleep, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.” (Ephesians 5:14b NKJV)

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟯 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.

We pray that in a safe way, God will unlock their heart for healing in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3 NKJV)

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟰 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

We pray that the Lord will gently reintegrate them and bring them back to wholeness in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” (3 John 1:2 NKJV)

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗷𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱'𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

We pray that the Lord will uproot comparison and plant contentment in their heart in the name of Jesus Christ.
