"𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂." (𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗮𝗵 𝟰𝟯:𝟰𝗮 𝗞𝗝𝗩)

Precious one who is hurting their own body—stop and hear this: you are precious. Not because of what you achieve, but because of whose you are. The same hands that hurt you can be lifted in prayer. The same heart that despises itself can receive love.

You have been punishing yourself for things God has already forgiven. And for the fears about your future—about aging, about diagnosis, about dying—the Lord goes before you. He holds tomorrow. And He holds you.

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟭 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺.

We pray that the Lord will heal their guilt and help them accept that they did the best they could in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” (Psalm 27:1a NKJV)

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀.

We pray that they will see themselves as precious in God's sight and stop the cycle of self-destruction in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “You are precious in My sight, you have been honored, and I have loved you.” (Isaiah 43:4a NKJV)

We pray that God's covering will silence the accuser and restore their self-respect in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “Forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.” (Philippians 3:13b NKJV)

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟰 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀.

We pray that the Lord will hold their hand through every test and result in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.” (Isaiah 43:1b NKJV)

We pray that God will already be preparing a community to surround them in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “Even to your old age, I am He… I will carry you.” (Isaiah 46:4a NKJV)
