"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." (John 10:10b KJV)

Dearly beloved, when trauma rewires your fear responses, it can feel like you are living in a different body. When meaning vanishes, getting out of bed becomes a battle. But Jesus did not come to give you a barely-there life—He came to give you abundant life.

That means healing for your triggers. That means purpose for your empty days. That means hope when you cannot see the way out. Take one small step toward Him today. He is already running toward you.

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟭 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀.

We pray that the Great Physician will rewire their fear responses and grant them freedom in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.” (Psalm 4:8 NKJV)

We pray that they will trust doctors again and feel safe in healthcare settings in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.” (Isaiah 41:10a NKJV)

We pray that the Lord will give them a sense of purpose and a reason to get up tomorrow in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10b NKJV)

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝟰 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.

We pray that the God of hope will fill them with joy and peace as they trust Him in the name of Jesus Christ.

➤ “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing.” (Romans 15:13a NKJV)

➤ “He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock.” (Psalm 40:2a NKJV)
