15 Days Devotion – Allowing Yourself to Dream | Day 15: Give Thanks for Every Forward Step

Reference Verse:

“And the LORD thy God will put out those nations before thee by little and little… thou mayest not consume them at once…” (Deuteronomy 7:22, KJV)

Lesson:

God often fulfills dreams incrementally—not all at once. Joseph was first promoted in Potiphar’s house before rising to Pharaoh’s court (Genesis 39:4–5). Daniel received wisdom and favor long before his royal appointment (Daniel 1:17–20). Every small victory is a sign of progress. Celebrate the open doors, the answered prayers, and the quiet moments of favor. Gratitude fuels momentum.

Application:

Remember: The same God who planted the dream in your heart is faithfully bringing it to fulfillment. Dream boldly. Walk in faith. And give thanks—for every step forward is sacred ground.

Prayer:

I speak life over every dream that has been buried by disappointment, stolen by time, or dimmed by discouragement. Arise and shine, for your light has come! (Isaiah 60:1)
