Teaching Insight
When Aaron’s rod swallowed the rods of the magicians, it was not just a sign of power but a transfer of authority. The same God who demonstrated His supremacy in Egypt has given you power over every force of darkness. Authority means you are no longer under the dominion of the enemy — you are seated with Christ, far above principalities and powers. The devil is only effective when you forget who you are.
Application
Stop yielding your authority to fear, doubt, or compromise. Rise up as a believer with the understanding that the authority of Christ resides in you. Tread on the serpents of sickness, the scorpions of delay, and the powers of demonic manipulation. Declare: “I walk in my God-given authority, and no power of the enemy will prevail against me!”
Prayer
Father, I thank You for giving me authority in Christ. I declare that I am far above all powers of darkness. Every plan of the enemy against my destiny is nullified. I walk in victory, I tread upon serpents and scorpions, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
