15 Days Devotion - Giving Yourself Permission to Dream
Day 3: See Beyond the Pain
Reference Verse:
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” — Romans 8:28 (KJV)
Application:
Dreamers often suffer betrayal, setbacks, or delays. But God wastes nothing. Even your pain has prophetic purpose. Joseph’s prison was a pathway to the palace. What you went through is preparing you for what you are going to.
Lesson:
God will use everything—including your pain—as preparation for your dream’s fulfillment. What was meant to break you will become the very thing that elevates you.
Devotional Thought:
Don't discard your past just because it hurt. Your history is filled with hidden treasures. Every disappointment, betrayal, and closed door is a divine classroom. Instead of asking “Why me?” start declaring, “Use me.” Your dream will be sweeter because you’ve known sorrow and survived it.
Closing Prayer:
Lord, thank You for using every pain for my purpose. I choose to see beyond the wounds and believe in the wisdom of Your plan. Heal every scar and transform it into strength. I trust that all things—even the hardest ones—are working for my good. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
