15 Days Devotion - Giving Yourself Permission to Dream
Day 4: Protect What You Carry
Reference Verse:
“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine…” — Matthew 7:6a (KJV)
Application:
Not everyone can handle your dream. Sharing prematurely or with the wrong audience can provoke unnecessary warfare. Just as Mary pondered her promise in her heart, you must know when to speak and when to remain silent.
Lesson:
Dreams are precious and vulnerable in their early stages. Learn discernment. Every dreamer needs wisdom to know when to share and with whom.
Devotional Thought:
Don’t allow mockers to trample on what’s sacred. Guard your dream like a seed. Speak it only in atmospheres of faith, intercession, and prophetic alignment. Protect it from criticism, fear, and doubt until it's mature enough to stand.
Closing Prayer:
Father, give me discernment to protect what You’ve placed in me. Teach me when to speak and when to stay silent. Guard my dream from premature exposure. Let Your timing and voice be my guide. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
