Morning Dew | Monday 03rd March 2025 | The Tomb Is Empty. He Is Risen

Reading Of The Day : Mark 16

Key Verse: “He is risen; he is not here” (Mark 16:16)

Mark 16 recounts the resurrection morning: women discover Jesus’ empty tomb, encountering an angel declaring, “He is risen!” (16:6). 

Despite fear, they’re tasked to inform the disciples. Jesus later appears, commissioning them to “preach the gospel to all creation” (16:15), promising divine authority. 

Though the ending (vv.9-20) is textually debated, the core triumph—Christ’s victory over death—compels believers from doubt to bold witness, culminating in His ascension. (100 words)
