● Jesus once said, "I am the door of the sheep. ( John 10:7-9). This statement is similar to what Jesus said in John 14:6, where He described Himself as the only way to God. In other words, to be part of God's family, one must go through Jesus.
What Does It Mean?
● In the old days, shepherds took care of sheep. At night, they would guide the sheep into a safe place called a pen or an enclosure. These pens didn’t have actual doors. Instead, the shepherd would sit or lie down in the opening to keep the sheep safe from danger.
● When Jesus said He is the door, He meant that He is the good shepherd who keeps us safe. He watches over us and protects us from harm. Just like sheep can only be safe if they go through the door with the shepherd, we can only be close to God if we go through Jesus.

1. Praise Jesus for His Role as Shepherd: Thank Jesus for being our Good Shepherd who guides and protects us. Psalm 23:1-3
2. Be grateful for the sacrifice of Jesus, which provides us the only way to reach the Father. John 3:16
4. Praise Jesus for shielding you and your loved ones from harm and evil. Psalm 91:11
