WHAT IS THE CLUTTER?
1) Things we hold onto that are holding us back.
2) Things we must let go for us to go forward.
3) Lies we believe in that tie us up.
*The questions to ask are :*
- Is it helpful? : Declutter things that are no longer helping you.
- Is it healthy? : Declutter things that are not healthy for your body, for your soul and for your spirit.
- Is it contributing to my happiness? : Declutter things that temper with your happiness
