CALL TO SUNDAY SERVICE | SUN 9TH 2025 | God Is Working for My Good

CALL TO SUNDAY SERVICE | SUN 9TH 2025 | God Is Working for My Good

“We know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).

● Have you ever tried baking a cake? Personally I never. But from reading, I learn that lots of ingredients are needed like flour, sugar, and butter. If you eat them on their own, they might not taste very good. Imagine eating a spoonful of flour or a cup of sugar all by itself. Disgusting. Right? But when you mix them together in just the right way, you get a delicious cake.

How Life's Ingredients Work Together

● Life can be a bit like baking. Not everything that happens to us is good. Sometimes, we face challenges or things that seem unfair. But just like the ingredients in a cake, these experiences can come together to make something wonderful.

Trusting God With Our Ups and Downs

● God is like a master chef who knows exactly how to mix the ingredients of our lives. Even when things seem bitter or disappointing, He is working to create something good. We can trust Him with our worries, sadness, and even things we wish we had done differently.

A Lesson from the Bible

● In the Bible, there's a story about a man named Joseph. His brothers did something really mean to him, but in the end, God used that situation to do something good. Joseph said, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives” (Genesis 50:20).

So, remember, even when life doesn't seem sweet, God is always mixing things up to create something wonderful for us

● I warmly invite you to join us at Church. We gather to Give Thanks, Praise and Worship the Lord. It's a place where you can share in fellowship, find encouragement, and deepen your spiritual journey. Whether you are seeking answers or a deeper connection with God, our Church Community welcomes you with open arms.
