21 DAYS FASTING AND PRAYER | THEME: DEALING WITH UNRESOLVED MATTERS

DAY 3 👉🏼 HIDDEN CURSES

The Bible is talking about superficiality

● Jeremiah 6:14 (KJV) They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.

- The preacher is preaching prosperity, peace ... but there is no prosperity. Why? Because we are superficial.

- The wounds are there but they are not treated as they should. We don't see results.

● Jeremiah 15:18 (KJV)* Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou be altogether unto me as a liar, and as waters that fail?

- When the wounds are not healed, we are calling God a liar.

● Have you reached a place where the promises of God look like lies?

- You are wounded but not healed. You are not willing to be healed.

- You are superficial in your approach.

● Why am I not healed? Why are things not working?

- There is  a wound that was not healed properly

When you get married to a wounded partner and has never been healed, you will never know peace.

- You all need to heal otherwise you will never enjoy peace.

● Luke 5:4 (KJV) Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.

- Peter failed the whole night but when Jesus came  he asked him to launch out into the deep.

- Sometimes when you fail you don’t take responsibility.  You are quick to blame the Pastor.

● Psalm 139:23 (KJV) Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

- The matter of the heart is the heart of the matter.

- As long as you have not gone to the deep, you will never experience breakthrough and wonder.

Prayer : Lord, search my heart.

- Unresolved problems in our lives can cause  alot of problems until you launch out to the deep.

● You wont experince wonder if you are superficial; not doing from the heart.

- You are giving, serving etc but your heart is not there.

● Jeremiah 29:13 (KJV) And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

- Those who seek God from the heart, they will find God.

● Isaiah 29:13 (KJV) Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

- You don't see God because your heart is not in it

- You are fasting and praying but your heart is not there.

- If my heart is not in what I am doing, I am wasting time.

● In our hearts/ lives there are hidden curses. Check your heart. Stop jumping from one church to another.

BIBLICAL STUDY

- Sometime we are not aware of the curses.

- There are people who suffer confusion because they did not consult God.

Study case 2. JONAH

● Jonah 1:4 (KJV) But the LORD sent out a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken.

- When you disobey God, you are under a curse.

- When your life is storm after storm, you are under a curse.

Are you going where God wants you to go? Are you doing what God wants you to do?

● Jonah 1:13 (KJV) Nevertheless the men rowed hard to bring it to the land; but they could not: for the sea wrought, and was tempestuous against them.

- You are loosing relevant people, contacts, destiny helpers.

In life you have to come to aplace where you grieve your own life situations.
