Main scripture : Genesis 29:35

And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise the LORD: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing.

- Now means before something happens. Praise starts when you remove your eyes from people. This month will be praise oriented. When Leah called the son praise, she become the ancestor of Christ.

- When you remove your eyes from people you will becme the ancestor of kings.

- This sessions will help you rise above the adversities in your life.

Day 1 meditation : Judges 11

7 LESSONS FROM JEPHTHAH'S STORY

● LESSON 1 | No matter how dark, bad, shameful your past was, you can be a high-flyer. Your past doesn't define your future. You can have a dark past and still have a bright future.

Praise point : Lord I praise you, No matter how dark, bad, shameful my past was, I can be a high-flyer. My past doesn't define my future.

Isaiah 43:18  Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

Isaiah 43:19  Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

● LESSON 2 | Anyone going through rejection is a good candidate to be a high-flyer. In fact, all high-flyer in all generation experienced the school of rejection, persecution, tribulation from their contemporary. (Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Jephthah, Oyedepo, Kasuku, Jesus, Paul, ...)

Judges 11:6 (KJV) And they said unto Jephthah, Come, and be our captain, that we may fight with the children of Ammon.

Judges 11:7 (KJV) And Jephthah said unto the elders of Gilead, Did not ye hate me, and expel me out of my father's house? and why are ye come unto me now when ye are in distress?

Genesis 26:27-28 (KJV)

And Isaac said unto them, Wherefore come ye to me, seeing ye hate me, and have sent me away from you?  And they said, We saw certainly that the LORD was with thee: and we said, Let there be now an oath betwixt us, even betwixt us and thee, and let us make a covenant with thee;

Praise point : Lord I praise you today, I am a highflyer candidate. I will fly high.

Note : What matters is not who left you but God being with you. Keep God and God will keep people.

Praise point : Lord I praise you today, In Christ, I am a highflyer. I thank you for those who rejected me.

Note : Rejection happens for your promotion

● LESSON  3 | In the process of training their eaglets, the mother eagle removes the straws from the nest to make it uncomfortable. Then, she kicks the eaglet out of the nest to let her use her wings. As the eaglets struggle with the wind, the mother hovers on her and then come down to pick her up and bring them back to the nest until the next training.

● LESSON 4 | Until you are thrown out of your comfort zone, your wings will never come out. As soon as Jephthah was kicked out of the family, he became the leader of the outcasts.

● LESSON 5 | High-flyers are not crushed by the wind or the storm. They rather use it to fly higher.

● LESSON 6 | The same way the waters were lifting the ark until it rose high, the same way the waters of affliction, of persecution, of tribulation, of pain, of humiliation, of misrepresentation, you go through today are not meant to destroy you but to promote you on higher realm.

Genesis 7:17  And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth.

Genesis 7:18  And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters.

Exodus 1:12  But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were grieved because of the children of Israel.

Praise point : I praise you today, because the humiliation, the misrepresentation that I am going through will not kill me. Thank you for my lifting.

You will be celebrated

● LESSSON  7 | To be a high-flyer like Jephthah, you must learn to turn the pain into gain, the groaning into glory, the process into product, the cross into crown through the power of forgiveness.

Praise point : Lord, I praise you today because I will become the captain of those who reject me.
