WEDNESDAY 6-6 07/11/2018 ...
THROW DOWN THE ALTAR OF BAAL AND BUILD AN ALTAR TO GOD
By the prompting of the Holy
Spirit, we will spend 12 hours to destroy by the fire of the Spirit evil,
satanic and ungodly altars speaking curses in our families and build godly
altars that will speak blessings for the generations after us.
In Judges 6:25, God instructs
Gideon saying, “… throw down the altar of Baal that thy father hath, … And build an altar
unto the LORD thy God upon the top of this rock”
Why throwing the altar of Baal? Studying
carefully Gideon, we will notice that the evil altars built by his father had
negative effects over his life and over the life of people in the city.
*WHY THROWING THE ALTAR OF BAAL?*
1) Altar of Baal opposes God and His grace in people’s lives.
2) They
result in endless struggles and suffering
3) They
cause failures, stagnation, limitation and frustration
4) They
cause open doors for evil spirits for sickness, disease and lack of favours
5) They
delay the program of God in people’s lives by termination of breakthroughs
6) They
cause unsolvable mysteries like obstacles in the time of miracles
7) They
cause unending marital and financial problems, prolonged afflictions etc
8) They
cause a trend of delay, disappointments, diversions, divorce, poverty,
backwardness, barrenness, untimely death, shame, disaster, etc
