In Mark 14:21, Jesus makes a declaration about Judas saying, "The Son of Man is going to die as the Scriptures say he will. But how horrible it will be for that person who betrays the Son of Man! It would have been better for that person if he had never been born."
*REFLECT*
Before going further in today's meditation, how I pray that such declaration will never be said about me or about the fruits of my loins or about anybody reading this meditation today.
How I pray that my destiny and the destiny of the fruit of my loins will never be spoiled, wasted and diverted by the enemy like Judas.
What made Judas drift away from God's purpose for his life? What made Judas spoil his destiny?
The Scriptures reveal to us that when Judas Iscariot saw one woman breaking an alabaster flask of most expensive perfume, and pouring it on Jesus' head as he was at table, he took offence, he was filled with bitterness and immediately Satan entered him and he went out to see the chief priests for a deal to betray Jesus the Son of God. ( Read Matthew 26:14-15 and Luke 22:3)
Friend, know that anytime you allow yourself to take offence, anytime you allow bitterness to dwell in your heart, anytime you allow resentment to rule your mind, you open the door to the devil. As a matter of fact, you allow him, the way he did to Judas, to spoil your life destiny and your life purpose.
Today, pray for your destiny. Pray for the destiny of your children. Pray for your life's purpose. Pray against evil forces assigned by the enemy to divert your destiny and the destiny of your children.
