SCHOOL OF INNER HEALING ... LESSON 2 ... I AM A CHILD OF PROMISE, I AM A CHILD OF LAUGHTER

*READ*

Galatians 4:28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

According to Genesis 17:17;18:12, the name of Isaac means "laughter". 

As a son of the promise like Isaac, you are called to be a son of laughter.

*Why are you weeping? In Christ, you are a child of promise and a child of laughter*

*REFLECT*

*In Genesis 21:16*,  Haggai wept because her child was dying of thirst in the wilderness. In *Genesis 21:17–19*, the Lord (not the Pastor or the aunty or the uncle) opened her eyes to see the well of refreshment and wiped off her tear. 

*DECLARATION* : You have wept because of stagnation in your life. In the Name of Jesus Christ, because you are a child of promise and a child of laughter, my God will open your eyes and you will see new things and your tears will be wiped off

*In 1 Samuel 1:7*, Hannah wept because she was barren. *In 1 Samuel 1:20*, there was laughter because God granted her Samuel

*DECLARATION* : You have wept because of bareness (in your marriage, in your business, in your emotional life...). Like Hannah, go and dig in prayer. Seek God like never before. Enter into a covenant with the Lord. In the Name of Jesus Christ, because you are a child of promise and a child of laughter, you will hold your Samuel who will make you laugh in front of your mockers.

*In 1 Samuel 30:4*, David and the people that [were] with him wept, until they had no more power to weep because the Amalekites took everything including their wives and children. *In 1 Samuel 30:18*, there was laughter because David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away: and David rescued his two wives.

*DECLARATION* : You have wept because of the Amalekites. Hold on! Seek God! Like David, pursue them with yours prayers. In the Name of Jesus Christ, because you are a child of promise and a child of laughter, you will recover all and you will laugh. Only, don't give up!

*In Revelation 5:3-4*, John wept because the book of fulfillment of prophecy could not be opened. *In Revelation 5:5*, one of the elders saith unto him, "Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof."

*DECLARATION* : Are you weeping because your book of success appears closed? Are you weeping because you have no one to assist you? Now, weep not. Jesus has prevailed. It’s not time to weep; because you are a child of promise and a child of laughter, it’s your turn to laugh!

*PRAYER*

Father, I have wept for too long. From now on, introduce Laughter into my life and make me laugh forever IJN.

Father, you made Sarah laugh at 90 years old, you made Elizabeth laugh at her old age, you even suspended the prevailing law of science for Virgin Mary – please do mine too IJN!

SO SHALL IT BE!

JESUS IS LORD!
