14 WARFARE PRAYERS TO WIN THE UNFINISHED BATTLES

Psalm 51:5, "I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me."
*REFLECT*
In this text, David not only addresses the fact that he was born with *sin*, he was also born with *iniquity*, inherited sin. What is iniquity? *Iniquity* can be defined as the sins in our family line that have not been defeated.
David realized that he had a generationally inherited lust issue that was passed down from his father. That unbridled sexual lust increased exponentially in his son Solomon, who had 700 wives and 300 concubines!
What are *unfinished battles* ? They are trans-generational battles or batons of spiritual conflicts that parents pass on to their children. The children simply continue the same battles the parents fought.
It could be marital battle, financial battle, sexual battle, moral battle, spiritual battle, sin battle, alcohol battle, divorce battle, set back battle, stagnation battle etc. The battle has lingered in the family because no one has confronted it and defeated it.
In the Name

Father, I repent of the sins of my parents that opened the door for generational battles; I ask you Lord to forgive us and have mercy on us, in Jesus name.
PRAYER 5 | Take authority, confront and revoke inherited battles to happen no more in your life or the life of your children (Mark 9:25)
Father, I command every unfinished parental battle to terminate in my life, in Jesus name. I decree that these battles will not be transferred to my own children, in Jesus name.

Father, by the blood of Jesus, I reject and renounce all satanic transfers and handovers from my parents.
Father, by the blood of Jesus, I release myself from the powers of my parent’s spiritual failures.
PRAYER 7 | Claim your sonship position in Christ (John 1:12-13)
I decree that the powers that stopped my parents will not be able to stop me, in Jesus name.
I declare that by the grace of God, I shall win this battle.
Because I am born of God, I shall overcome the world and every battle in it, in Jesus name.
PRAYER 8 | Confront the family foundation with the blood of Jesus Christ (Micah 6:1-2)
Father, by the blood of Jesus, I blot out every evil family record that may be speaking against me.
PRAYER 9 | Pray the Father to use you to defeat what defeated your parents (Romans 8:37)
Father, empower me to defeat the forces that defeated my parents. Give me power to win the battles my parents could not win.
PRAYER 10 | Pray to be empowered like Jacob to travail until you prevail (Genesis 32:26-28)
Father, I receive power to travail in prayer until I win this battle.
PRAYER 11 | Pray against infirmity in prayer (Romans 8:26)
Father, I command the spirit of prayerlessness and slothfulness to get out of my life now, in Jesus name.
PRAYER 12 | Pray for your eyes to be opened to discern the battle you are confronted with (Ephesians 1:18-19)
Father, open my eyes to see the battles confronting me and give me strategy to defeat them, in Jesus name. Give me revelation and insight that will lead to my victory, in Jesus name.
PRAYER 13 | Pray for divine wisdom (James 1:6)
Father, I receive the biblical wisdom and strategy to defeat my enemies and win this battle, in Jesus name.
PRAYER 14 | Address and confront the inherited battles you know (Micah 6:2)
Battle of (mention it), wither from the root in Jesus name.
Ancient battles of my father's house, I curse you from the root now in Jesus name.
