Job 33:14 "God speaks in one way,
even in two ways without people noticing it:
*REFLECT*
As we continue our glorious moment of prayers, I would like to draw someone's attention.
The answer to your prayer will come in the way you will not imagine. Be attentive. Be sensitive to the voice of the Spirit so that you may not miss what God has appointed for you.
One major way through which God answers our prayers is by giving us *specific instructions*.
*Case 1* : Haman came to Elisha the man of God because he wanted to get healed from his leprosy. The answer to his prayer came through a clear and specific instruction to dip himself 7 times in the River Jordan. He got angry. He was disappointed. Out of pride, he left the man of God and went away preferring to remain leper than to obey and be healed. Until he followed the prophetic instruction, he never got healed. Thank God he humbled himself.
*Case 2* : In the conquest of Jericho, there was a huge wall humanly impossible to bring down. One more time, the Lord answered the people through a clear and specific instruction to walk around for 7 days and 7 times the seventh day. It was senseless as per human wisdom, but powerful as per divine wisdom. Only when the people followed the instruction, the wall fell down flat
*Case 3* : In the wedding of Cana, the people wanted a miracle because the wine was over. Again, the answer to their prayer came through a clear and specific instruction from the Lord to fetch the water, fill up the pot and bring a sample to the governor of the feast. It sounded not making any sense but until they followed the prophetic instruction, no water ever changed into wine.
*RESPOND IN PRAYER*
What did God instruct you specifically through his Word, through his Spirit, through his servants ? ...
*Is it to forgive?*
*Is it to "drop illicit sexual relationship ?*
*Is it to "Sit down"?*
*Is it to Increase your commitment in the things of God (church, bible study, meditation of the Word of God...) ?*
*Is it to reconcile with your parents and your siblings?*
*Is it to submit to a spiritual authority?*
*Is it to be thankful, be praiseful, honor God with your possessions?*
*Is it to share the Word of God with those around you?*
*Is it to relocate from where you are to where the Lord wants you to be?*
*Is it to be patient. Have faith. Trust?*
*Is it to get rid of bitterness, anger, resentment?*
Pray God to give you the grace of *obedience because in it lies the manifestation of the restoration and the recovery you are praying about* ...
IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST !
SO SHALL IT BE!
JESUS IS LORD!
