IT WILL ONLY TAKE THE HAND OF GOD

READING : 2 Chronicles 6:4/15

God's word and God's hand are closely and intimately connected to one another and cannot be separated from one another. 

Whatever God speaks from his mouth, he fulfils it with his hand. That means in other words that God's hand is the hand of fulfilment, the hand that carries out God's plan, the hand of accomplishment, the hand of performance, the hand of achievement, the hand of manifestation. 

We find this truth in 2 Chronicles 6:4 where it is written, 

"Blessed [be] the LORD God of Israel, who hath with his hands fulfilled [that] which he spake with his mouth to my father David, saying,

The same word is repeated in 2 Chronicles 6:15 where we read, 

"Thou which hast kept with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him; and spakest with thy mouth, and hast fulfilled [it] with thine hand, as [it is] this day."

Consider Moses in Egypt. He wanted to deliver and save the people of Israel from slavery in Egypt by using his human hands. Unfortunately, those hands failed and ended up killing and burying an Egyptian in the sand (Read Exodus 2:12).

Forty years later, God himself will appear and reveal to Moses that only His mighty and strong hand can deliver and save Israel from the power of Pharaoh.

In Exodus 3:19-20, the Lord says to Moses, "I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand. And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go.

Again in Exodus 6:1, he says, "Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.

CONCLUSION

If like Moses you are using your own hands to build your relationships, your business, your ministry, your marriage, your life, believe me, no matter who you are, you will definitely fail. Whatever you will try to build in your life without the hand of God at work will inevitably crumble at the end. Why? Because it is written in Psalms 127:1 "Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it:.."

PRAY TODAY TO HAND OVER EVERYTHING CONCERNING YOUR LIFE TO THE MIGHTY AND STRONG HAND OF GOD ... 

PRAYER POINTS

Prayer 1 | Is your marriage crumbling in your hands no matter your efforts to make it work? Know that it will only take the hand of God to make it work. Pray to hand it over to the mighty and strong hand of Jehovah today.

Prayer 2 | Are your children out of control? Know that it will only take the hand of God to handle them. Pray to hand them over to the mighty and strong hand of Jehovah today.

Prayer 3 | Is your business collapsing in your hands? Know that it will only take the hand of God to sustain it. Pray to hand it over to the mighty and strong hand of Jehovah today.

Prayer 4 | Which area of your life is decaying in your hand? Pray to hand it over to the mighty and strong hand of Jehovah today.
