POWER FOR DOMINION
INTRODUCTION : SATAN CONTROLS THE WORLD
In 1 John 5:19, the Word of God makes it clear that the world in which we are living is under the control of the devil. It is written, "We know that we are from God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one."
When the Bible says "under the control", it means in other words that the world is under his power, under his influence and his dominion.
To confirm that truth, we read that when Jesus was fasting and praying in the desert, the devil came to tempt him proposing to give him the power and the glory of the world if he bows and worships him. (Luke 4:6).
Why do you think that Satan was bold enough to make such declaration to Christ? It is because he knew that in Eden, he was legally given the control of the world from Adam and Eve after he succeeded to make them fall into sin.
HOW DOES THE DEVIL CONTROL THE WORLD?
Among his many tools of control, influence and dominion, he mostly uses 12 of them : manipulation, intimidation, opposition, tribulation, deception, distraction, temptation, discouragement, fear, flattery, disguisement and ignorance (through misinformation, misconception, etc).
THE KEY FOR DOMINION IN THIS WORLD IS GIVEN BACK TO THE CHURCH THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT.
One of the reason Jesus came in this world to die on the cross, it was to take away the key of dominion stolen in Eden from the hand of the enemy and give it back to his church so that we will rule and have dominion over the devil, his demons and his agents. This transfert was made possible and became effective when the Holy Spirit came to dwell in the midst of the church the day of Pentecost.
CONCLUSION
My beloved in Christ Jesus, through the Spirit of Power who lives in you, you have the key for dominion over the devil and his schemes in your hand.
Why are you living under the dominion of sin? Why are you living under the dominion of sickness? Why are you living under the dominion of stress? Why are you living under the dominion of poverty? Why are you living under the dominion of depression? Why are you living under the dominion of fear?
SAY TO YOURSELF TODAY WITH FAITH ... "I HAVE THE KEY FOR DOMINION THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT OF POWER WHO LIVES IN ME"
AS YOU SAY SO AND BELIEVE SO, I PRAY FOR THE RELEASE OF THE POWER FOR DOMINION IN YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST !
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS AND PRAYERS
- In the Name of Jesus Christ, let any demonic or satanic stumblingblock be crushed under the feet of Jesus Christ and taken up out of my way.
Pray with Isaiah 57:14
- In the name of Jesus Christ, let any prince of Persia withstanding my angel be crushed under the feet of Jesus Christ so that God's answer to my prayers can be released today.
Pray with Daniel 10:13
- In the name of Jesus Christ, let all the gates of hell fighting the church, fighting the faith, fighting the spiritual growth of the believers, resisting the blessings of the believers be crushed today and right now under the feet of Jesus.
