THE LANGUAGE OF POWER
TEXT : PSALM 66:3
Satan is no gentleman. How well you structure your phrases in English or in French is irrelevant to the devil. How well you speak has no impact over him.
The language the devil understands is not French or English. The only language he understands is the language of power.
In Psalms 66:3, the Bible says,
"Say unto God, How terrible [art thou in] thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee."
The BBE version says, "because of your great power your haters are forced to put themselves under your feet."
The GW version says, "Your power is so great that your enemies will cringe in front of you."
According to this text, it appears clearly that the devil, his demons and his agents will never submit and will never bow willingly. They submit and they bow only when they are forced to by the great power of God.
Remember Pharaoh in Egypt. When Moses was sent by God to him to let the people go, his answer was painted with much arrogance and pride
"Who [is] the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go." (Exodus 5:2)
This answer from Pharaoh shows clearly that he was not willing to let Israel go. But the Lord will appear to Moses again and make him understand that Pharaoh is stubborn by nature and will never hear any other language than the language of power. Meaning that he will never release the people willingly but forcefully under the pressure of the power of God.
Here is what God says unto Moses in in Exodus 6:1,
"Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land."
As God said so was it. The same Pharaoh who previously said "I will never let Israel go", the same bowed and submitted to the mighty power of God by letting Israel go as it is written in Exodus 12:30-31,
30 And Pharaoh rose up in the night,...31 And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel; and go, serve the LORD, as ye have said.
APPLICATION
What is the stubborn case that makes you cry and powerless? Is it a long lasting sickness? Is it joblessness? Is it bareness? Is it the unfaithfulness of your spouse? Is it the stubbornness of your child? Is it poverty? What is it?
The Lord Almighty is telling you today, "Stop crying! With and by your faith, plug unto the Holy Spirit of Power. He is available to force the enemy to bow under your feet, to force him to release the job he is holding unto, to bring to submission the stubborn spouse or child, to break the yoke of poverty."
What do you have to do? Be filled with the Holy Spirit of Power. Like Moses, stand firm on the Word of God, in prayer and be bold to command the Pharaoh holding illegally what belongs to you to bow and release it.
PRAY TO FORCE THE ENEMY TO SUBMIT
IT IS WRITTEN in Romans 14:11 “Every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.”
“I COMMAND TO EVERY KNEE OF REBELLION, STUBBORNESS, DRUNKENNESS, UNTIMELY DEATH, DISEASE, SICKNESS, IMMORALITY, MARITAL DISORDER, DRUG ADDICTION TO BOW TODAY AND TO EVERY TONGUE OF ACCUSATION, OPPOSITION, GOSSIP TO CONFESS TO GOD IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST”
PRAYER 1 | In the Name of Jesus Christ, Pharaoh who holds back illegally my family, my wealth, my siblings, my country, my city, I set my face against you and I prophecy against you today. Let my family go, let my wealth go, let my siblings go, let my country go, let my city go so that they will serve God."
Pray with Ezekiel 29:2-3
PRAYER 2 | DECLARE "Let every evil power resisting and challenging the prophetic anointing and the priesthood anointing in me be crushed and turned to ashes under my feet In the Name of Jesus Christ!"
Pray with Psalms 91:13
IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST !
JESUS IS LORD !
