PRAYERS OF PROOFS ... DAY 6 ... RISEN AS HE SAID

SATURDAY 24 MARCH 2018
RISEN AS HE SAID

When he was ministering to his disciples, many times and at various places, Jesus was announcing and prophesying his death and his resurrection. We find those prophetic instances in Matthew 16:21; in Matthew 17:22-23 and in Matthew 20:17-19.

So understood, because he announced it before it happens, Jesus' resurrection was not an accident. It was not even an event that just happened. It was the confirmation of the Word Jesus spoke and declared over and over to his disciples while he was alive.

This is what we read from the angels who said to the women in Matthew 28:6,
"He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay."

WHAT TO DO TO SEE THE WORD CONFIRMED IN YOUR LIFE?

1) DO NOT ALLOW WHAT YOU SEE OR WHAT YOU FEEL TO INTERFERE WITH YOUR FAITH IN WHAT JESUS SAID TO YOU.

I love my father Abraham who received a promise from God that he will be a father of multitudes. In the journey of his faith, Abraham learned to ignore what he sees and what he feels. He learned to never give any importance neither to consider anything else than what God spoke to hm. The end result of his faith was that as God said so was it in his life.

The Bible says this concerning him in Romans 4:19-21,
"And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform."

2) YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW GOD WILL DO IT. JUST HAVE FAITH THAT HE WILL DO IT AND SO SHALL IT BE.

Although it was incredible for Mary to hear the angel telling her that she will give birth a son without a man, she never tried to figure out how God will do it. She just received the Word with faith and answered to the angel,
"I am the Lord’s servant. Let everything you’ve said happen to me" (Luke 1:38)
CONCLUSION

A question to you today : Do you have a Word or a Promise from the Lord concerning your life? your  marriage ? your job? your ministry?

No matter how incredible is or could be what God tells you, just receive it with faith and tell Him, "Let everything you’ve said happen to me". . . IT SHALL HAPPEN TO YOU AS YOU BELIEVE IN THE NAME OF JESUS-CHRIST !!!
