TOPIC : THE WORSHIP OF THE 4 LIVING CREATURES
God is not mad to surround himself with so many worshipers in heaven. Worship is so vital in the spiritual life of the Christian . We see it vividely from the picture of the 4 living creatures as it is written in Revelation 4:6-8 :
From this text, the Bible describes the four living creatures as having wings, covered with eyes and singing without stopping.6 In front of the throne, there was something like a sea of glass as clear as crystal. In the center near the throne and around the throne were four living creatures covered with eyes in front and in back.7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like a young bull, the third had a face like a human, and the fourth was like a flying eagle.8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and were covered with eyes, inside and out. Without stopping day or night they were singing, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, who is, and who is coming."
1. The wings symbolize freedom.
When we worship God, we are free from worries and from burdens of life. Worship frees our spiritual gifts and our inner man from the weight of the flesh. Through worship we have free access to the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 10:19). Paul and Silas were released from their prison by the power of worship (Acts 16:26).
2. The wings symbolize elevation
Worship lifts up God and lifts us up to God. The Lord honors those who honor Him (1 Samuel 2:30). He who serves God, God will honor him (John 5:23). Through worship, we are raised above the earthly sphere and we bow down to the one who is above all
3. Eyes symbolize science (knowledge), vision
In worship, we see God with spiritual eyes and, we are transformed into his image (2 Corinthians 3:18). We see everything just like God. We worship God because we know him. Christ says: "We know what we worship" (John 4:22)
4. Worship is not to be seasonal. Worship is to be eternal and perpetual.
In heaven, there will be no more preaching. There will be only worship.

1) FOR 10 MINUTES, PRAISE THE LORD AND TELL HIM HOW WORTHY HE IS TO BE PRAISED. AS YOU DO SO, I SEE YOU BEING SAVED FROM YOUR ENEMIES
Praise with 2 Samuel 22:4 "I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be PRAISED: so shall I be saved from mine enemies."
2) FOR 10 MINUTES, PRAISE THE LORD TODAY AND LIFT HIM UP ABOVE ALL gods. AS YOU DO SO, EXPECT ALL gods TO FEAR YOUR GOD.
Praise him with 1 Chronicles 16:25 "For great is the LORD, and greatly to be PRAISED: he also is to be feared above all gods."
3) FOR 10 MINUTES, SHOUT TO THE LORD WITH A GREAT SHOUT AND CELEBRATE HIS GOODNESS. AS YOU DO SO, EXPECT ANY FAULTY FOUNDATION OF YOUR LIFE TO BE RESTORED.
Praise him with Ezra 3:11 And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the LORD; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they PRAISED the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.
4) FOR 10 MINUTES, PRAISE THE LORD AND DECLARE THAT HIS PRAISE WILL LAST FROM THE RISING TO THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN.
Praise him with Psalms 113:3 "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD’S name is to be PRAISED."
5) FOR 10 MINUTES, PRAISE THE LORD AND LIFT UP HIS GREATNESS ABOVE ANY OTHER GREATNESS.
Praise him with Psalms 145:3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be PRAISED; and his greatness is unsearchable.
6) FOR 10 MINUTES, PRAISE THE LORD AND LIFT HIM UP ABOVE ALL THE KINGDOMS OF THE EARTH.
Praise him with Daniel 4:34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I PRAISED and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:
