MIRACLE 34 : JESUS FEEDS 5000
Readings : Matthew 14:13-21; Mark 6:30-44; Luke 9:10-17; John 6:1-15
Today’s miracle is about Jesus who breaks the limitation attached to 5 breads and 2 fishes to feed 5000 people.
What are the forces engaged by Jesus to break the limitation and activate the multiplication?
Jesus engaged 4 major powers : the power of wisdom, the power of giving, the power of obedience and the power of thanksgiving.
POWER 1: THE POWER OF WISDOM
Key number 1 to break limitation
"PERFORM THE IMPOSSIBLE WITH THE AVAILABLE"
§ What is wisdom? Wisdom is the ability to create ways and to know how to use what is available to perform the impossible.
§ In John 6:6, the Bible says “Jesus himself knew what he would do”.
§ In Exodus 4:2, the LORD asked unto Moses, “What [is] that in thine hand?”
§ In 2 Kings 4:2, Elisha asked a question to a widow who needed to get a particular solution to her, “Tell me, what hast thou in the house?”
§ It is written in 1 Corinthians 1:27, "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty"
QUESTIONS
v Are you able or do you have spiritual eyes that will enable you to locate who carry the solution to your problem?
v Does it happen to you to despise yourself or to despise others?
v Does it happen to you to despise the little you have now?
v Are you aware and conscious that you carry something that can benefit others?
POWER 2: THE POWER OF GIVING
Key number 2 to break limitation :
"GIVE WHAT IS IN YOUR HAND IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE WHAT IS IN GOD'S HAND"
The young boy was willing to give out to Jesus what he had so that it can be used to bless others. There is no way that you can break the limitations of life unless you are willing to give to the Lord and to others.

§ Do you struggle to give?
§ Are you a cheerful giver or a grumbler giver?
§ What do you have that God can use to bless others?
POWER 3: THE POWER OF OBEDIENCE
Key number 3 to break limitation :
"PUT THE WORD TO WORK BEFORE YOU SEE THE WORD TO WORK WONDER"
Nothing releases the blessing over someone’s life like raw obedience to divine instruction. It takes obedience to divine instruction to release the blessing that breaks the limitation.
In John 6:10, before Jesus breaks the limitation of the bread and the fish, he gave instruction to everyone to sit down.
In John 6:11, during the distribution, only those who followed instruction were served as much as they would.

§ Are you obedient to divine instructions?
§ What is the instruction you have received from the Lord and you still struggle to obey?
POWER 4: THE POWER OF THANKSGIVING
Key number 4 to break limitation :
"THANKSGIVING IS A SPIRITUAL FORCE THROUGH WHICH THE LORD MULTIPLIES HIS GRACE AND BREAKS LIMITATION IN YOUR LIFE"
In John 6:11, the Bible says that “…Jesus had given thanks…” After giving thanks, the limitation was broken and the bread and the fish were translated into the new realm of supernatural multiplication.
When thanksgiving is released from you to God, it activates God. When God is activated, His power - the anointing - is released to come to your aid and bring about total victory in every area. His activated power, the anointing, will destroy every single yoke (of bitterness, of resentment, …) and remove every burden!
Isaiah 10:27 “...and the yoke shall be DESTROYED because of the anointing.”

PRAYER POINTS No 1
§ Pray the Father to open your eyes both spiritually and physically so that you can be able to locate and define the potential, the abilities, the capacities, the talents and the gifts you have been blessed with
o Read and pray with 1 Corinthians 1:27 "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty"
PRAYER POINTS No 2
§ Pray the Father to open your eyes so that you can be able to identify and locate around you the potential, the abilities, the capacities and gifts he has deposited in others around you.
o Read and pray with 1 Timothy 4:12 "Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
PRAYER POINTS No 3
§ Pray the Father to deliver you from pride that causes to despise others and from selfishness that causes to think only to self.
o Read and pray with Zechariah 4:10 "For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel [with] those seven; they [are] the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth."
PRAYER POINTS No 4
§ Pray that the Father helps you to be a cheerful giver
o Read and pray with 2 Corinthians 9:7 "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, [so let him give]; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."
PRAYER POINTS No 5
§ Pray that the Father endues you with the spirit of generosity
o Read and pray with Proverbs 22:9 "Whoever is generous will be blessed because he has shared his food with the poor."
PRAYER POINTS No 6
§ Pray that the Father to endue you with a willing and obedient heart
o Read and pray with Isaiah 1:19 "If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land"
PRAYER POINTS No 7
§ Pray that the Lord to deliver you from any spirit of pride and rebellion which cause you to be unwilling and disobedient to divine instruction
o Read and pray with 1 Samuel 15:23 "For rebellion [is as] the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness [is as] iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from [being] king."
PRAYER POINT No 7
§ If you are experiencing heaviness, oppression or depression in your life right now, begin to offer thanksgiving to God so that He will cloak you with His garment of absolute peace and tranquility which is activated through praise.
o Read and pray with Isaiah 61:3 "To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified."
PRAYER POINT No 8
§ Praise will cause your enemies to turn from pursuing you and to turn upon themselves and to slaughter one another. Your praise will cause your enemy to become confused and to turn from pursuing you and turn upon his own army.
o Read and pray with 2 Chronicles 20:22-24
