MIRACLE 6 : JESUS HEALS THE BLIND AFTER A SECOND TOUCH

SCRIPTURE : Mark 8:22-25

TODAY'S MIRACLE IS THE ONLY ONE WHERE JESUS HEALS A MAN IN STAGES. AFTER JESUS HAS TOUCHED HIM THE FIRST TIME, THE BLIND WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE PROPERLY. JESUS TOUCHED HIM AGAIN THE SECOND TIME AND PERFECTED HIS HEALING.

MY PRAYER TO THE LORD TODAY FOR SOMEBODY IS THAT THE LORD WILL PERFECT THE WORKS THAT HE STARTED IN YOUR LIFE

Psalms 138:8 "The LORD will perfect [that which] concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, [endureth] for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands."

Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform [it] until the day of Jesus Christ:

9 LESSONS FROM THE TEXT

✸Lesson 1✸ THEY BROUGHT THE BLIND TO CHRIST

No matter how hard the case is, bring it to the Lord

✸Lesson 2✸ THEY CAME BESEECHING JESUS TO TOUCH HIM

As you bring your case to the Lord, don't come with your preconceived solution. Come empty and come expectant.

✸Lesson 3✸ IN THEIR MIND THE SOLUTION WOULD COME BY LAYING ON HAND

Don't put your faith in the method (laying of hands, applying the anointing oil, use of the handkerchief...). Put your faith in the person of Jesus Christ.

✸Lesson 4✸ THEY WANTED JESUS TO LAY HIS HAND BUT JESUS TOOK HIS HAND TO LEAD HIM OUT OF TOWN

If you are too big to be led by God, God will be too powerless to answer your prayer and grant you a miracle.

✸Lesson 5✸ JESUS NEVER FOLLOWED THEIR SCHEMA

God's ways are higher than your ways. God's minds are higher than yours. When He takes a different route than what you were expecting, surrender to his will

✷Lesson 6✸ JESUS WITHDREW THE BLIND MAN FROM THE MULTITUDE

In the process leading to your miracle, take heed of the multitude because it can hinder you from the supernatural.

Sometimes God's methods can be hurting and offensive. If you are carnal, you will be offended, discouraged and will give up. To experience the supernatural, be spiritual.

✸Lesson 8✸ JESUS OPENS THE EYES OF THE BLIND

Jesus Christ has power and is able to open the eyes of the blind. Believe in Him. Believe in his Ability. Believe in his Divinity even concerning your current challenge.

✸Lesson 9✸ JESUS PERFECTS THE MIRACLE AND CAUSES THE MAN TO SEE CLEARLY

Whatever God does is perfect. If it doesn't look perfect now, believe and pray Jesus for a second touch to perfect it
