1. The True Firstborn: A Matter of Faith, Not Birth Order
Firstborns are Faith-driven pathfinders and trailblazers of destiny.
Firstborns are visionary trailblazers who, by faith, opens paths !where none existed before.
The true firstborn is not merely the one born first by birth order, but the one who chooses to believe the Rhema Word spoken over their life—no matter how impossible or incredible it may seem—and demonstrates faith by sowing seeds toward its fulfillment.
Genesis 25:23 KJVS
And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.
I believe that the mother spoke to her son that prophetic word which was actually was the Rhema.
That Rhema was incredible and impossible because Jacob was not born first.
But one thing I like is that JACOB CHOSE TO BELIEVE THE WORD.
2. Jacob the Man Of Faith : 2 PROOFS
PROOF 1 | HE WAS THINKING AND MEDITATING OVER HIS RHEMA
I believe that Jacob was meditating over that Rhema because what happened with Esau was not random. It is a product of a well-thought action.
SCRIPTURAL PROOF THAT JACOB WAS A THINKER
Genesis 37:11 TLB
Joseph’s brothers were fit to be tied concerning this affair, but his father gave it quite a bit of thought and wondered what it all meant.
Genesis 37:11 AMP
Joseph’s brothers were envious and jealous of him, but his father kept the words [of Joseph] in mind [wondering about their meaning].
"That’s why, to erase those words from Jacob’s mind, the devil deceived him by showing him the bloody coat."
Genesis 37:31-35 KJV
And they took Joseph's coat, and killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the coat in the blood;
Genesis 37:32 And they sent the coat of many colours, and they brought it to their father; and said, This have we found: know now whether it be thy son's coat or no.
Genesis 37:33 And he knew it, and said, It is my son's coat; an evil beast hath devoured him; Joseph is without doubt rent in pieces.
Genesis 37:34 And Jacob rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his loins, and mourned for his son many days.
Genesis 37:35 And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him.
ANOTHER PROOF OF JACOB THE THINKER : OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT
WRITE IT DOWN … OPPORTUNITIES ARE NEVER RANDOM. THEY ALWAYS KNOCK ON THE DOORS OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN INTENTIONALLY THINKING AND PREPARING FOR THEM.
Luke 1:37 KJV
For with God nothing (G3956 G 4487 G 3756) shall be impossible.
G3956 = individual
G4487 = RHEMA
G3756 = not, no
Literal Reading = For with God, NOT ONE SINGLE RHEMA shall be impossible.
RHEMA is personal. What was told to Mary was for her. Your RHEMA is for you.
Luke 2:19, But Mary kept all these things (Rhema G4487) and pondered them in her heart.
Luke 2:19 CEV says, Mary kept thinking about all this and wondering what it meant.
FAITH GOES BEYOND JUST BELIEVING WHAT GOD SAYS. FAITH IS CHOOSING TO BELIEVE WHAT GOD SAYS ABOUT YOU KNOWING THAT YOUR CHOICE DOES NOT ONLY AFFECT YOU BUT ALSO GENERATIONS AFTER YOU.
Deuteronomy 30:19 KJVS
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
Matthew 23:37 AMPC
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, murdering the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a mother fowl gathers her brood under her wings, and you refused!
Matthew 23:37 TPT
“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem—you are the city that murders your prophets! You are the city that stones the very messengers who were sent to deliver you! So many times I have longed to gather a wayward people, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings—but you were too stubborn to let me.
Matthew 23:38 TPT
And now it is too late, since your city will be left in ruins.
Luke 19:14 TPT
“Some of his countrymen despised the prince and sent a delegation after him to declare before the royals, ‘We refuse to let this man rule over us! He will not be our king!’
Luke 19:27 TPT
Now, bring all those rebellious enemies of mine who rejected me as their king—bring them here before me and execute them!’ ”
PROOF 2 | HE SOWED TOWARD WHAT HE WAS THINKING AND MEDITATING ABOUT
WRITE IT DOWN … YOUR SPENDING REFLECTS AND REVEALS YOUR THINKING AND DETERMINES YOUR DESTINY.
WRITE IT DOWN … "The food Jacob offered his brother was no trick—it was the seed he sowed in faith, aligned with his vision and expectation for the future harvest."
IF I HAD TO RECEIVE THE FIRSTBORN BLESSINGS I HAVE TO SOW/INVEST TOWARD IT
WRITE IT DOWN … TELL ME HOW YOU SPEND AND I WILL TELL YOU WHAT IS IN YOUR MIND AND WHAT YOUR FUTURE WILL BE!
"Track your spending, and I’ll tell you where your mind is—and where your destiny lies."
- There was a word about my calling. I read it everyday. I meditate over it everyday. That is why I am online everyday. And I am not moved by whatever happened in my life or even in Church. It is a bloody coat. ONE DAY MY OPPORTUNITY WILL PRESENT ITSELF TO ME AND I WILL CHANGE LEVEL
- Kenya was so much in my mind that I had to sow a crazy seed by closing my account toward it.
- It is in my mind for the Word Of Life to be the megachurch.
- It is in my mind to be super wealthy 7 digits in dollar.
When the time came to be blessed, he had enough food to give his father to bless him.
WRITE IT DOWN … POOR PEOPLE BELIEVE IN CHANCE … WEALTHY PEOPLE BELIEVE IN CHOICES …
3. Sowing Toward Destiny: The Law of Investment
BEWARE WHAT YOU EAT. BEWARE WHO FEEDS YOU. BEWARE WHO YOU ARE FEEDING.
The food Esau ate was the destiny he ate. When the time to be blessed came, his food could not activate the blessing he needed from his father.
What do you bring to the table?
What you bring to the table determines what you take from it.
Don’t eat up your destiny!
Giving is the Gateway to Governing
Giving is a non-negotiable law for dominion, for blessing, for prosperity, in the Kingdom Of God
Deuteronomy 15:4 KJV
Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:
- The Lord blesses all. The Lord gives the land to all. The Lord declares to all that there shall be no poor among his people.
Deuteronomy 15:6 KJV
For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.
- The land is God’s covenant blessing to the whole nation
- God does not only promise the land. He also promises dominion over other nations
- The promise comes with a condition : … thou shalt not borrow …
Deuteronomy 15:7 KJV
If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
- Immediately the poor man appears
- and that poor man is a brethren
- now another instruction is released to the direction of some individuals to not harden their hearts nor shut their hand from their poor brother
WRITE IT DOWN … WHO IS THE POOR? THE ONE WHOSE HEART IS CLOSED AND WHOSE HAND WITHHOLDS.
Deuteronomy 15:8,11 KJV
But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth. [11] For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
- another emphasize to the giver as instruction is to open wide their hands
- the poor shall never cease
Matthew 26:11 KJVS
For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
